Affectionately known as Chilly Pepper 2, this fully renovated condo in Breckenridge is ideal for all seasons of fun. Located in the most visited alpine ski resort of the Western Hemisphere (Breckenridge Ski Resort), the Grandview at Breckenridge condos are the ideal home base for those ready to hit the slopes. You can easily ski-in and ski-out using 4 O’Clock Run, just 100 yards away, with ski-out access down to Snowflake Lift or back into town and the Gondola via the Skiway. If you’re vacationing with the kids, consider paying a visit to Breckenridge Fun Park at the base of Peak 8. It’s an exciting adventure park full of rides, activities, restaurants, and bars (for Mom and Dad). The best part is that it’s only a 10-minute walk away!

As soon as you walk into this second-story condo, you’re greeted by an open-plan kitchen and living room that makes it a breeze to entertain guests. The fully equipped kitchen has all of the tools necessary to whip up a gourmet meal for you and your group, including a stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The dining area is right on the other side of the kitchen counter and has an elegant glass table that seats everyone. The cozy living room is the ideal place to relax after a long day of hitting the slopes. It has two comfortable couches (one of which is a full-size sleeper sofa), a 47-inch TV, and a gas fireplace. The living room leads out to the balcony where you’ll have a refreshing view of the surrounding natural beauty including Peak 8 mountain!

The first door in the hallway leads to the primary bedroom, where you’re guaranteed to have a good night’s rest in a comfortable king-size bed with high-quality linens. The en-suite bathroom features a newly renovated sink with a stone countertop and a tiled shower and bathtub combo. As you walk further along the hallway, you’ll find the washer and dryer neatly tucked away into a closet. Across from the laundry closet is the guest bathroom, which also features a new sink with a stone countertop and a tiled shower and bathtub. Adjacent to the bathroom is the guest bedroom, located at the end of the hall. The room includes a queen-size bed with a rustic wooden bed frame, and a spacious closet to store your belongings.

Need more space? Chilly Pepper 1, the unit next door, can be rented simultaneously. These two condos are the only units on this level of the building, so you’ll have the whole floor to yourselves!

This condo’s central location is the perfect place for avid skiers looking for their next adventure. Whether you’re planning a small and intimate family trip or a fun-filled getaway with a big group of friends, come and enjoy Breckenridge’s natural beauty!

Decent location but mediocre unit

Decent location. Unit needs updating. Minimal kitchenware, e.g., one baking pan. Dryer did not work. Contacted property manager and no one came out. Fidgeted with dials and finally got dryer to work but only on high heat so was unable to dry ski clothes. King size mattress sags in the middle. Disappointing accommodations for the amount paid.

Ski in / Ski out....perfect for 2 or 4 people

It was a bit difficult to find building C in the dark as they are not well labeled...and it was during a snow event. It's the building on the right (lower parking lot). Cozy 2 bed / 2 bath with basic ammenities. Kitchen is equipped with basics but could definitely use a few more glasses...there are only coffee mugs for drinks. There is access to Four-O'Clock run that gets to the Snowflake lift or Breck Connect gondola. There is an access point to the slope on the curve of Grandview Road. We were able to ski down the snow-covered road right onto the slope! The fireplace is great for drying out gloves and warming up. House had plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. And it was clean. We would definitely stay here again.

This property needs better cleaning and a few updates

There definitely needs some cleaning done here. When you walk into the condo the rugs are spotted with dirt. I am not really sure why they can't just wash these area rugs. The carpet is extremely dirty. The walls needs to be painted, they are chipped and have significant defects. One of the leather couches is worn away down to the fabric backing. The description says it has a DVD player, which it does, it does not work. The tv system has 4 remotes, none of them worked. We had to have the management company come and replace all the batteries. The system was not set up properly either. There are supposed to be 2 parking passes in the condo, there were none. When we called the management company they had no idea what we were talking about. The management company told me to just make a pass. I am not sure what they were thinking, I didn't bring graphic art items and a printer with me on the trip. Eventually the management company gave us 2 parking passes. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need to cook. The stove works great. The fireplace is nice and keeps the place warm. If you use the thermostats in the condo you will turn it into a sweat box. The bathrooms have been updated and are the best part of the condo. The beds were sufficient, not great. The bedding wasn't too good, not quality whatsoever. Location is a bit away from the main Breckenridge downtown . There is a bus you can take, it comes every half hour. If you could find another property for the same amount I would choose it over this one.

Old outdated condo, many things barely working (dryer, lights, doors), hard to keep temps even.
