We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our time there. The apartment is in a nice part of town, and it was pretty quiet. Access to buses and Metro was great.

Came with 5 friends for our first time in Montreal, didn’t know what to expect in terms of metro access and location. This place was great, a 2 minute walk to the station and never more than a 15 minute ride to everything we wanted to see, which was a lot. There were a few spots that could be cleaner, but it wasn’t a dirty property by any means. In terms of safety, the location and property both satisfied our needs, we never felt uneasy walking around past midnight or early in the morning. Host was efficient, polite, and informative when needed. The pictures do paint the property to be slightly larger than it actually was, but the bedrooms and kitchen were comfortable and the back patio was great when it wasn’t raining. Overall, great experience and would recommend to any groups interested in traveling to Montreal!

There's a reason Andre-Bernard is listed as a "Premier Host" on the VRBO listing for his beautiful apartment in the quaint Plateau Mont Royal neighborhood. It's mostly because he seeks to make sure his guests have the most splendid time in the city that he loves. A splendid time is, indeed, what our family of five experienced. It began with him jumping into the passenger seat of our vehicle on our arrival to help us navigate the tight parking available. He took great care to see that we were settled and understood how to operate all of the amenities available at the apartment, including our favorite automatic espresso machine. Throughout the week, he made sure to offer suggestions on where to dine and what to see, including how to get to and from. We found that Montreal has a very user friendly biking and metro system, and we took full advantage of it. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops surround the Garnier apartment. And we especially loved watching the hustle and bustle of the local area from our second-floor perch outside of the living room. In our home state of Indiana, we live by this notion of "Hoosier hospitality." There's no doubt that Andre-Bernard is one of us in that regard. We appreciated his kindness and his commitment to making our stay a one for us to remember always. Merci Beaucoup!
