Excellent place

The house had all the amenities needed for cooking and grilling out. The house was very clean and spacius. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The owners Eric and Rebecca are quick to respond with any question's.

Quiet Neighborhood

Great location, and very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed staying at this Vrbo due to the location proximity to Daytona International Speedway for the Daytona 500. We had everything we needed and we would recommend to friends.

Great vacation

This is the second time that my wife and I stayed here. The house is great, immaculate and comfortable. We arrived by boat from Cocoa Beach which is our second time doing that as well. Great location, quiet neighborhood. Couldn’t ask for anything more. We a minor issue when we first arrived and the property owner took care of it in less then 15 minutes. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care. Will be staying there again.

Relaxing getaway near the water

House is the perfect getaway. So quiet and close to everything! One of the best homes we have stayed in. Pool was the perfect size, water was warm. We can’t say enough about how accommodating the house is. If we have the opportunity we will definitely stay there again.

Hidden Gem

WOW this is truly a hidden gem. Gorgeous home and very comfortable. Great location right on the canal with an awesome pool. The owners were amazing - very responsive and kind. Even offered some extras to make the stay even better. I will definitely stay here again.

Surprise get away

Brought my parents down for a surprise trip! We have no complaints. absolutely loved it and the location was perfect. Very peaceful. Plenty of outside space to relax. My favorite restaurant is right up the street which is hidden treasure walking distance or could take by a boat. Definitely be coming back with my husband.

Relaxing vacation

We stayed at this lovely home for part of Bike Week and a few days after. The home is very comfortable. The kitchen is open with plenty of room to move around. The furnishings are very comfortable, and the walk-in shower is amazing. The screened area with pool is very nice. There is plenty of room in the driveway. The neighborhood is also very nice. The neighbors were very friendly. The host (Rebecca) was fantastic. She responded quickly and answered all my questions. We use VRBO for all our bookings and we highly recommended this property. Wonderful experience

Great spot for two to four people. Place is beautiful and comfortable. Quiet area away from the crowds. Located on the city side of a river channel. Even the neighbors were nice. Manager communication was simple and precise. Will not hesitate to book again in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

Coquina Cottage

Very nice house. We brought our boat from Cocoa Beach and left it at the dock at the house for our entire stay. Pool was great, house and property were excellent and exactly as described. Would definitely stay there again, actually I plan on staying there again.

Super Nice!

Wie got so we could take boat out, however starter died and holiday weekend was unsuccessful to get fixed. We made the best of our stay here. Was easy to do at this beautiful place. Rebecca was so kind as well and accomadating!

Peaceful

We had the best time! The natural sunlight throughout the house was wonderful, never had to turn a light on until nighttime. Bed and pillows, so comfortable and the couch as well. We were so excited to have a pool to ourselves. We watched fish jump up from the canal at night, my husband even seen a crab. It was a wonderful weekend and plan to stay again.

Winter Snowbird

This property is the perfect getaway in a great location! It is close enough to shopping & dining but private enough to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The house decor is so fun & modern...really gives you the FL vacation vibe. The outdoor area is gorgeous and has sun for most of the day and house blocks the wind. The hosts went above and beyond to make my winter perfect. Plus the neighbors were so fun and welcoming! Will definitely be staying here again
