This townhouse is beautifully decorated in warm southwest hues with clean simplicity. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dinnerware and cookware to enjoy a peaceful meal at this home-away-from home. This townhouse has a total of 3 full baths. Master bath is equipped with a jetted tub. Main Bath is a tub -shower unit. 3rd bathroom has a full size walk-in shower.

There is a 2-car garage and a large driveway. Plenty of space for your gear and there is overflow parking for trailers.

**Pet Policy:**
If you plan to bring your furry friend along, Utah Escapes welcomes pets with a $25 per day per pet fee (maximum of 2 dogs, no cats allowed). We kindly request responsible pet ownership, including cleaning up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture and should not be left unattended in the unit. If you intend to leave them alone during the day, proper crating is required. By bringing your dog to the property, you agree to assume full financial responsibility for any pet-related damages. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive dog hair or waste is left behind.

Perfect property for a family getaway!
We spent five nights at the property (2 parents and 2 20-something "kids") and had plenty of space, loved the location, and appreciated the fireplace, the little enclosed patio, and well-furnished kitchen. We had a great trip partly because the house was perfect for us.

Only issue was overall cleanliness. Lots of flies, and spiderwebs on top of walls and ceiling. Master bedroom has very distinct pet odor/dog urine.. otherwise we enjoyed our few days

Wonderful Stay!
We stayed at Ravens Retreat with our son & pet dog. The owners were open to our pet in a kennel which was no problem for us & the property worked very well for a family with a pet. The townhome was lovely, very clean & comfortable. We also enjoyed having access to a pool & the view was bar none. Thank you!.

Perfect home base for great adventure.
My adult daughter and I stayed here for our annual mother/daughter trip. This property was exceptional. Very clean and well-stocked. The owner even left a discount card for the local grocery store. We particularly appreciated the ice maker in the freezer to keep water cold for our hikes. The location is ideal just outside of town. It is in a condo complex but this unit feels very private with its location within the complex and has an awesome view. We could not ask for anything better!

Great spot for Moab area adventures!
Perfect location, far enough from the center of town to feel like you're in the country but just minutes from the fun of Moab's main tourist stuff. Best of both worlds. Spotless and very comfortable condo, great patio for morning coffee and evening relaxation with all the amenities needed. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay while enjoying the area. We will be back for sure!

Perfect spot for your Moab adventures!
Great place to stay! This is a very comfortable property; spacious, super-clean, beautifully furnished, with everything we needed for our Moab experience! The property is in a great location, safe, quiet, and includes a nice attached locked garage (with remote garage door opener) and a gorgeous patio. Big, beautiful fully-stocked kitchen with full-size fridge, large sink and stove with everything we needed to cook. Beautiful, open floor plan, so we could cook in the kitchen and be a part of the action! Full-size dining table, comfortable seating. The bedrooms are all very large and comfortable, very nice beds and linens. Very comfortable bathrooms, super-clean and with nice shower amenities. The property hosts are fantastic, very knowledgeable and responsive, anticipating all of our needs, and happy to share their love of the area. Say Yes to a Moab trip, and stay here!

Wonderful home in Moab
I really enjoyed this property in Moab. The owner's communication was excellent. He even went out of his way to make sure I had completed the timed entry reservation for Arches so that I did not miss out on the park well ahead of my arrival. The home was clean, comfortable with room for everyone to spread out. The scenery from the living room is stunning and jogging down the road where the community was located was a nice more rural feeling with horse farms with little traffic so that I felt safe. Would stay again!

Very Clean and private
When booking I tried to get a location where we were not on any main roads. This place was in the perfect location! Condo was clean!! I thought it was odd that there was no lock on the master bedroom door. We were over all happy with the stay. I would recommend this place!

Raven's Retreat was everything we needed. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our family. The beds were so comfortable, the decor was so pleasing, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and late night snacks.Use of the garage was a welcome treat for the rainy days we had. The location is quiet with beautiful views. Away from downtown, but only a short drive to everything you want to see and do. Would stay there again without hesitation. Very beautiful condo with all the amenities you may need. The view is outstanding and the area is quiet. Great outdoor space for grilling and stunning views for mornings with coffee. The inside is tastefully decorated with high-end furnishings and comfortable furniture. We brought our two small dogs and the outside patio had a gate so there was no worry about having a dog run off. There is also a pet-friendly grassy area nearby. This is an awesome home and we would not hesitate to stay here again. If you are searching for a nice place to stay, I would highly recommend A+++

We are former Moabites and absolutely love our getaway time in Moab. This towhnome has the best location and orientation in the development. My wife loves to enjoy her coffee in the morning taking in the beautiful Moab Rim walls while I am a mountain biking enthusiast (enough said!).

Why they chose this property

Moab is an adventure vacation destination, with 2 National Parks, and a Utah State Park: Arches National Park, and Canyonlands National Park, Dead Horse Point State Park; the Colorado River for rafting and kayaking, Slickrock Bike trail and other mountain biking trails, endless hiking and exploring opportunities, and about any extreme sport you'd dare to try. But what we like best about Moab is its laid-back, small town, friendly atmosphere; its mild climate (excluding the very hot month of July); its endless vistas and awesome scenery from just about any point in the area; and the fact that so many fascinating people have come to visit, or come to stay and make Moab their home.

What makes this property unique

Staying in our condo, one of the most enjoyable aspects is its location within the development; it is on the southeast boundary of Rim Village with wide open views across the neighbors alfalfa field to the Moab Rim, and East to the view of the La Sal Mountains. It is far from Highway 191 so we don't get the sound of trucks on the highway, as perhaps other locations in Rim Village Vistas do. We have really enjoyed the pool and its hot tub..
