We loved our stay at this sweet Key Largo community - wonderful amenities and plenty of room. The outdoor dining and living area was a huge bonus! Thanks for the great stay!
A nice little campground area for a casual stay. It was a tight fit for two adults and four teens but we worked it out. Also just fyi don't bring a large car as the parking spot is small! but in general it was clean, has a nice area to hang outside, and really appreciated the totally tiled bathroom and shower which makes it easy to keep clean.

Can’t recommend
The Pro:Centrally located for diving in the keys. The Cons: Property was pretty dirty, dusty and very musty/moldy smelling. Upon arrival we found a bunch of larger ants all over the kitchen. I sent a message to the owner who didn’t respond until the day we checked out apparently because she was on vacation and had poor signal. Not a great overall experience and I can’t recommend.

Key Largo Campground
Communication with host was excellent! Check in after hours at security. Outdoor area, shower, nice grill and wooded area behind it. Golf cart available Nice pool area we didn’t use due to being very crowded. Sunset from dock area. Home was clean Master bed mattress comfortable but hangs off the end. Kitchen oven didn’t stay lit. Second bedroom small and bed is a convertible couch on the floor with 2 tiny bunk areas. Bathroom remodeled, nice shower with shower samples, tiny toilet area and had sewer odor. A lot of people on golf carts or in shared areas. Loud music and swearing.
We had a great time on our trip. The campground was a cool place to relax and enjoy some time with my family. The sunsets are beautiful from this spot.
This was a nice place to stay based on the cost. The outside shower was the best. It would be nice if it was closed off as this was our primary showering spot as the pressure was so good. The outside area was very inviting.
Communication was excellent in that a reply to any query was swift- owner went above & beyond to make our stay enjoyable.very clean & decorated tastefully. My sister stopped in for a night and was very impressed with the setup. YES i would book for a 3rd time next year!!!
Pros: Location and RV Park site is a hidden gem. Close to restaurants, bars and the key largo vibes. RV was clean and updated, master bed is was so comfortable. Outside patio TV and shower was very accommodating.
Cons: Golf cart is only included if you stay 7 nights, we stayed 2 & were unaware of that. 50$ per day is an option for the cart. There is a $10 service fee at check in for security, we were unaware. The parking spot at RV can just fit my Toyota Camry so it was tight.
Overall the stay was a 9/10 and we will be back. Host was very responsive and helpful.
This RV worked out great for us. We are SCUBA divers who always want to be close to the shop where we are diving and this location was super! The RV accommodated two adults comfortably sleeping in separate bedrooms. We had everything we needed to dive mornings for three days. The place has a nice patio to spread out in and inside we had plenty of space. The bathroom is super small but manageable. The campground was pretty quiet during the week. I can't say what it would be like on a weekend. The owners were great on communication. We plan on booking again for future Key Largo diving.
We enjoyed our stay! It was in a great location. Neat little area with the hammocks, fire pit, pool! I’d love to come back. I will say, we had a hard time finding all the linens for the extra bedroom. We couldn’t find pillow cases. Maybe labels on the cabinets would be good to tell the guests where things are? Also, a list of things you all have like toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc. It’s just easier when you are flying in.
Overall, we loved it. Thank you!

Host was not responsive
Our family stayed here for 2 days and overall the campground was nice and the RV was comfortable but I think the host forgot about our reservation. I had to contact the host to get my check in instructions. Once we arrived there were no instructional manuals on how to operate anything (lights, TV, grill, speakers, outdoor shower,etc.). I verified before we came that propane would be provided but there was no propane to cook with for the stove or the grill. We ended up wasting $50 on a nice steak dinner with no way to cook it. I left a message for the host but did not get a response until the next night ( after we left). Very disappointing. There were no check out instructions so I had to contact the campground office to find out what was needed. There are 2 golf carts to rent but it was $50 a day. There were 2 bikes but both were not usable and need repair. There was a patio chair that was broken and could have been a danger to someone so we set it aside and told the host. The car park was extremely tight for our Acura MDX. It fit but barely. The RV itself was updated, bathroom was nice, the beds were comfortable and the outdoor patio area was a nice additional space to sit around. The campground was great…nice big pool, great sunset beach area w hammocks and even a tennis/pickleball court to play on. The location is good, plenty of restaurants close by and a Publix grocery store across the street. We had a nice trip but would probably pick another RV next time.
We arrived late on check-in day (around 8PM), which wasn't a problem, but we entered the rental to find large ants crawling all over the furniture, floor, walls, and linens. Dead ants were littering the floor and in corners. I immediately contacted the owner who sent her cleaning woman to deal with the situation. The whole trailer was vacuumed and linens changed, but I attempted to explain to her that unless baits were placed, the problem would persist (she only spoke Spanish and I only speak English). The owner and I finally spoke on the phone and she alerted me she planned to sent pest control out first thing in the morning. Around 11pm we finally got kids settled for the night (I have 3 littles, four and under) but continued to battle live ants into the morning. The next day we vacated and went about our itinerary while pest control came. The owner communicated with us throughout the day and explained treatment took place, and that we could return that evening as planned. When we arrived that evening, around 8pm, there were still a handful of live ants. We vacuumed and cleaned again and put everyone to bed. I was refunded for the first night of our stay. The location is great and we would have enjoyed the amenities more if we had not been dealing with keeping ants off our kids. The trailer has the basic needs and the kids enjoyed the playground and being on the "patio."Master bed was not terribly comfy. Kids loved the back bedroom.
