Nice rental easy commute to many locations

Cute house for a small sized group to stay. If you have kids the pack n play seemed like the twin bedroom was the only one where it would fit well. The layout is great for toddlers - not a lot of things out for them to get into. Beds were comfortable and bathroom worked for our 5 adults + one toddler group. Consider bringing additional cookware if you plan to cook bigger dishes, but the kitchen was very functional for our family to use. The deck / yard were nice, but it rained so we werent able to use much of our stay. Check in and check out were easy. We didnt have any issues to communicate to Larry, but he responded promptly to any message I sent.

Great location, excellent host, I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very satisfied on every level. House is in a very convenient location. Well appointed and equipped. And the host was very easy to deal with and communicated very well.

Great for family

Larry was so helpful and let us check in early. The house was perfect for our family to all be together instead of all in separate hotel rooms. The location is close to everything we wanted or needed to do. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall good stay

Started off bad because we didn’t have the access code, and it impacted the first part of our trip. However, once we received the code and got in, we had an awesome time. The space was perfect and just the right size. The owner apologized for the mixup with the access code.

Amazing stay

We started out with a disaster as a tornado hit Little Rock on our check in day the property manager was amazing in getting back to me about our stay and having no power. The power was restored in the night and things were great the rest of The Weeknd. Clean and cute little house to stay in neighborhood is nice. We would definitely stay again if in Little Rock for football again. Thanks so much for being an amazing property manager to work with by far our best and we have stayed in several VRBOs

The Perfect Spot!

We had a weekend full of graduation festivities and this property was perfect! We had 6 people and felt there was plenty of room for all of us. We loved that the property had tons of towels and closets for all of our clothes. They also left waters and drinks in the fridge which was so nice once we hauled in all our belongings for our multi-day stay! Highly recommend!

Nice place. Very comfortable. GREAT communication with owner. Easy change in number of nights.

It was great. Do not get me wrong…we would go back tomorrow. My only suggestions would be: A) For a house rated to sleep up to 8, the kitchen utensils could be improved. Very few pots and pans, such that it limited what we could cook. Few utensils and coffee cups. Not a big deal, but a stop at a garage sale could fix this. B) house could be more device friendly. It was hard to find convenient places to use devices plugged in. Admittedly, a 1950’s house was not designed with this in mind, but a few power strips with cords could solve this. C: Showers should have grab bars and non-slip flooring for older people. A great place. Just suggestions from the “Department of unsolicited advice,”

Great little place near everything f

This is a nice little home on the West side of Little Rock. It is near anything you would want from shopping to restaurants. It was clean and the property manager communicated well with us.

Great quiet neighborhood!

Was not as clean as we would have liked, however I was told upfront there was some issues with the cleaners so it was not a big deal. Nice property in a quiet neighborhood. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would book with Lary again!

A great place to rest

On a long journey home to Texas from Tennessee, this home was the perfect place to stop and rest. The house was clean, well appointed, and Larry was a great communicator. My daughter left a stuffed animal behind and he made sure it made it back home to us. 🎉

The house was amazing!

The house was beautifully decorated, clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quite. The property owners we super nice and very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay so much and will be back again.
