Beautiful newly renovated beach condo on the 1st floor of Waterside Village with community pool/hot-tub and a short one block walk to the beach! The condo is located on the first floor. This two bedroom condo has everything you to relax and enjoy the beach anytime of the year! King size bed in one room with a small mattress underneath for children and additional room with 2 twin beds! Come stay with us and enjoy Mexico Beach!

Communication problems

We had trouble with the door code, coffee maker, and the television. Messages/texts/phone calls went unanswered with 1 exception. In terms of supplies provided and, especially, communication, this property compares unfavorably to other providers with which we are familiar. May not use VRBO again.The area is beautiful and the unit comfortable.

Very Nice

We had what we call Grandparents Weekend with my wife, brother and sister in law to have a good time with no kids or grandkids. Never been to Mexico Beach on the Gulf of America. Awesome place. The condo was perfect for us with location, niceness, and hospitality. Definitely recommend staying here.Host gave all information before hand and was very responsive with a minor issue which was taken care of immediately. Really had a great experience!

Awesome room in great location!

This is our second time staying at this condo and we loved it just as much as the first time! The location is perfect…. Has a pool and hot tub right outside the room and beach is a short walk across the road. Lots of food options very close by as well! This will continue to be our go-to place for Mexico Beach!!!

Money well spent!

Enjoyed very much! Decor is very nice! Bottom floor is a must! Great proximity to the beach!! Floor and paint touch-ups could be done. Overall great for the money!

Perfect Getaway

6 day 5 night stay was just what we needed to de-stress and relax after a very stressful 2 weeks. Do not think this location will be like Panama City Beach! This is worlds away from that type of tourist mayhem, but close enough for a short drive to enjoy PCB food and/or fun. Condo was in excellent condition. Room is first floor and is right next to the hot tub. However pool/hot tub access is not available straght from the room/balcony. It is only a short walk around to the pool. Beach was easily accessible with a short walk across the street, approximately 2 blocks, based on location of room. Port St. Joe is also a quick trip for food and shopping. Great location, without all of the ridiculous nonsense. Will stay again soon!

Friends Weekend Getaway

Our group enjoyed the weekend at this condo so much! The condo was clean and had close, easy beach access despite not sitting right on the beach. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! The owner was very responsive from the time of booking until well after the trip - we left a couple of items behind - the cleaning crew found them AND scheduled delivery. We will definitely stay here again.

Very clean, great location, just 1 block from the beautiful white sand and ocean. Comfortable beds. Stayed 3 weeks and one small issue and owner delt with it immediately. Only suggestion would be to have a toaster in the unit.

Great place

Such comfortable beds and blankets!! Great location. Wonderful, responsive host. Could use a little more kitchen cookie sheets or something but very minor issue for sure. Everything we needed was there and it was great!

The property was amazing and beautiful! My son and soon to be daughter in law stayed with me and we enjoyed everything about the vacation! It was quiet and we were able to relax and enjoy the beach and pool. Thank you so much!

Lovely little ground floor condo

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo on the ground floor! We had the perfect location with access to the pool and hot tub and right across the road from the beach. The short walk wasn’t bad at all… we brought a wagon to help carry all of our gear. The condo is spacious and had everything we needed for our stay! We can’t wait to come back!!

This was a perfect place for our trip. I was hesitant bc it's not located directly on the beach, but the walk across was super easy. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. We will reserve the same place for our trip next year.

Family vacay

Our stay was great! I would stay again and would recommend to family and friends. The only thing I’d ask would be to leave a vacuum so we could clean up during our stay. Otherwise it was a great vacation!

Lovely condo for a restful getaway

Condo is beautifully decorated and clean. The walk to the beach is short and easy. There were a few kitchen items we wanted but plenty enough to make do. The area is beautiful and just what we wanted. Not touristy- no mini golf, junk souvenir shops, etc. The drive for dinner is a little far but it's beautiful so we didn't mind.

Great vacation

This condo is in a great location. Very easy walk to the beach. Loved that we could watch the kids in the pool from the first floor balcony. Pool and hot tub view from balcony and master bedroom. Owner was very responsive and professional.

Wonderful location!

Had a great time here with close proximity to the beaches, and near lots of wonderful food. So many choices! We traveled west along the coast and east too. Mostly to port St Joe and Apalachicola, and beyond. Perfect time of year to stay. Our condo met our needs and was a comfortable place to call “home” for our stay.

Great Trip!!

This was our first trip to Mexico Beach. The condo was great! Plenty of room and very clean. Easy walk to the beach and close to great local food. The pool and hot tub were magnificent. Will definitely stay at this place again.

When you arrive time just stands still as you sit on the beautiful beaches with the most gorgeous sunsets!

This condo is completely renovated with everything brand new! It is situated on the first floor with a covered porch overlooking the pool and hot-tub. Take a one block walk to the sugary sand beaches. There is a daily boat slip that you can park your boat and fish in the canal that leads out to the open water.
