The Casa del Sol is located in a beautiful location in the quiet urbanization of Cala Serena, not far from the Cala Serena bay (3 minutes on foot) and near the white town of Cala D`or.
The 4x7 m pool in front of the covered outdoor dining area invites you to relax and cool off. Enjoy the peace and a partial sea view. Sun loungers and parasols are available at the pool and on the terrace. The rear terrace with access from the dining area or the kitchen also invites you to linger.
The house on the ground floor has an open living-dining area, kitchen, guest toilet (with washing machine), 1 bathroom with shower and 2 bedrooms (one of them with a safe) and is suitable for 4 people. The separate apartment on the roof terrace with bath / toilet / shower can accommodate 2 more people. The apartment is not connected to the ground floor and is reached via the outside stairs. (When arriving with up to 4 people, only the house below is opened. From the 5th Person we open the apartment above with the 3rd Bedroom).
There are 2 more loungers on the roof terrace. From here you can enjoy a wonderful sea view and sunrise.
The house has air conditioning / heating devices, underfloor heating (for the winter months), washing machine, satellite TV, WiFi and a complete kitchen equipment.
Towels and bed linen, as well as WiFi are available free of charge.
Final cleaning included in the rental price.

Fabulous!

We stayed as a family of 4 (2 children aged 3 & 7) and the villa was absolutely perfect; beautifully clean, really well equipped, lots of space and the pool was fabulous. Anja was super helpful ahead of us arriving, including recommending we hire a car - which I would say was essential as there isn’t a huge amount within walking distance. Recommendations in the guest book were all spot on. All in all, a beautiful villa which I would recommend to anyone. Our kids are already asking to go back!

Super relaxing stay with family

First of all, the house is absolutely immaculate. Clean, everything you need and in a quiet location. We spend all our days on the veranda and in the pool. The supermarket Eroski is a 5 min drive (we rented a car) beautiful Cala Serena where we went for a swim afternoon is a 5 min walk (with a small bar with drinks and ice cream for kids) and the most wonderful Mallorcan restaurant Cala Ferrera only a 5 min walk. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 kids and we stayed in the main house and 2 other adult family members stayed in the top flat. Absolutely perfect I would book again! Our kids (ages 4 and 6) were genuinely sad to leave.

Excellent stay!

If you’re looking for a great house around Cala D’or. Do not look any further.. this isTHE house. Quiet location, spotlesley clean house with all the amenities you wish for. We had a problem with a broken key and it was really fast and good solved. Wow!!

Fantastic villa

We spent an excellent 2 weeks at Casa del Sol in Cala Serena. The villa is stylish, modern and spotlessly clean . It is beautifully decorated with lovely sea views from the roof terrace. It's in a quiet neighbourhood with a nice restaurant in easy walking distance and only 20-30 min walk to Cala D'or ( but we did have a 74 yr old with us) or a 5 minute drive. The small beach of Cala Serena is only a couple of streets away. Kids loved the beach as they could jump off the rocks and we loved the caipirinhas!! Bigger beaches were easy to drive to but very busy( well it is the height of summer). Lots of restaurants in Cala D'or to choose from and nice marina to walk around. Also enjoyed Porto Petro, Cala Figuera, Palma, Santanyi and especially the Dragon Caves. We did spend several days just at the villa enjoying the pool and the view and relaxing. Air conditioning was a bonus although only needed to use it at night. Only negative was that we could only find 2 English speaking channels on the satellite TV ( a lot more German channels) but as we spent every evening on the terrace it wasn't a great hardship. The kids did complain that the wifi wasn't quite fast enough for their constant streaming and social media use. Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would love to return. Thank you Anja for letting us stay and being so helpful. You have a wonderful villa!

Beautiful house in Cala d‘Or

Sehr schönes Haus in Cala Serena nicht weit vom Zentrum in Cala d‘Or. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet. Auch der Pool ist sehr schön. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Sommerurlaub

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist wunderschön und der Aussenbereich mit Pool lädt dazu ein den ganzen Tag dort zu verbringen. Außerdem ist man innerhalb von 5 min fussläufig von der Cala Serena entfernt, die auch wunderschön ist. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir waren zum 3. Mal in dem schönen Haus in Cala Serena und haben den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht; die ruhige Lage und der Meerblick tragen zur kompletten Erholung bei. Wir kommen wieder.

Super Urlaub

Waren zum wiederholten Male mit der Familie in dem schönen Ferienhaus. Die ruhige Lage mit Meerblick, der große Pool und das geräumige Haus mit viel Platz sind wunderbar zum Erholen und Entspannen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus, gut ausgestattet mit einem schönen großen Pool in sehr guten Lage. Sehr ruhig gelegen ohne Touristenverkehr aber fußläufig oder mit dem Auto schnell an vielen schönen Stränden/Buchten. Jederzeit und durchweg toller Kontakt zu den Vermietern bzw. Ansprechpartnern vorort! Jederzeit wieder!

Wundervoll

Nachdem wir 2022 bereits das Haus gemietet hatten, war die Entscheidung sehr leicht welches Haus es diesmal wird. Tolle Lage, tolles Haus, sehr gute Kommunikation mit Hauseigentümerin. Diesmal war auch mein kleiner Enkelsohn dabei dem ein tolles Kinderbett zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Das Haus ist wirklich empfehlenswert. Das Meer ist zu hören und zu sehen. Wieder ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder.

3-Generationenurlaub

Wir waren für eine Woche mit drei Generationen im Casa del Sol in Cala Serena. Das Haus entsprach perfekt unseren Bedürfnissen. Die Bilder geben den tatsächlichen Zustand wider. Es hat eine herrliche, ruhige Lage. Es war sehr sauber, alles, was man brauchte war vorhanden. Die Einrichtung schön und funktional. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Haus, der Pool, die Lage, die Ausstattung und die Einrichtung des Hauses sind super. Der Check-In Vorgang war sehr gut organisiert. Das Haus als auch das Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt. Da gibt es null Komma nichts zu meckern: absolut weiterempfehlenswert.

Stilvolles Haus, ruhige Lage und trotzdem alles zu Fuß erreichbar

Wir, zwei Ehepaare, hatten eine entspannte Zeit in diesem stilvoll eingerichteten Casa. Die Küche war sehr gut sortiert, großer Kühlschrank mit drei Eisfächern - Kühlakkus lagen im Eisfach bereit, Handtücher sowie frisch bezogene Betten warteten auf uns. Die Zimmer hatten beide genug Platz für Kleider und Co. Der Pool war super sauber und lud mit den Liegen und Sonnenschirmen sofort zum Baden ein. Leider haben wir garnicht die hinter Terrasse benutzt, da die vordere überdachte Terrasse den ganzen Tag schattig gehalten werden konnte. Von der Dachterasse aus hatte man einem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer. Das Haus bietet viele Rückzugsorte, sodass jede/r Sonne und/oder Schatten genießen kann. Parken vor dem Haus war problemlos. Die Steilküste, nur drei Fussminuten entfernt war ebenso faszinierend wie die ruhige Umgebung. In der Bucht Cala Serena fand man, bis auf Snacks, alles, was eine Tag am Strand braucht. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreicht man in 15 min Fußweg (Spar,BIP) In der Stadt von Cala Ferrera war man zu Fuß in 20 min. Dort gab viele Gastronomien , Bars sowie Läden zum bummeln. In 30 min war man direkt in Cala D‘Or mit seinen vielen Bar’s und Läden aller Art. Der Hafen nur 10 min weiter aus der Stadt heraus bot mit vielen Restaurants einen faszinierenden Blick auf Segelboote und Luxusyachten. Joggen war um diese Jahreszeit -Mitte Mai morgen bis 9 Uhr noch gut möglich. Eine Wanderung zur Cala Mitjana lohnt sich… Getränke nicht vergessen.!

Tolles Haus für Familien

Uns hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen, da es sehr schlicht und zurückhaltend eingerichtet ist. Schöner Ausblick von der oberen Terrasse auf den Sonnenaufgang, gut gepflegter Garten und Pool, Küche gut ausgestattet, alles sehr sauber, schnelle Reaktion der Eigentümer auf Anfragen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Villa agréable avec tout confort

Villa très bien équipée, bonne literie et espace terrasse très appréciable. Piscine très propre. Conforme à l’annonce. Belles balades de calas aux alentours Manque un micro onde et une ou 2 chaînes françaises. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Beautifully clean and well equipped

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay here. A lot of thought has been put into the furnishings and equipment, which was appreciated. Everything was spotless, the beds comfortable and the whole process very easy. Our only criticism was that there wasn’t enough hot water for us 4 ladies to all have showers before heading out, but this wasn’t too much of an issue once we got the timings right and we would happily return.
