This pretty, condo is located on the Amelia Island Plantation and is close to various local activities and attractions! This coastal charmer has a private balcony overlooking the shared pool and ocean, a well-equipped, full kitchen, TVs in all rooms, high-speed internet access, and a washer/dryer on-site. It's a great place, especially for large families or extended stays! Enjoy a prime location close to all the local shops and restaurants!

Things to Know
There is some repair work being done on the outside of the building. There may be some construction equipment in the area and in some assigned parking spaces. There are plenty of extra open parking spaces. Expected completion is the beginning of May
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful place!

This was beautiful place. Lots of utensils and cookware for you to use! Gorgeous resort. It was a little confusing trying to figure out parking in the beginning.

The room was well stocked. Did not care for all the steps inside the condo. The carpet could use a good cleaning. Over all the 1 night we got to stay was nice.

Beach walker review positive

The property is showing wear (windows/ doors), but the location, pool and beach were great. Kitchen is well stock, except for silverware. Beds comfortable, view amazing. Not a good choice for handicapped folks, with all the stairs. Quite, so easy to separate folks.

Stunning Views

The views from this property are simply stunning. The property unfortunately is very “tired”, lots of chipped paint, scrapes on the wall, some rust on appliances and all of the chairs on the patio were cracked. Carpet had stains throughout and mildew in one shower. A simple update and deep clean are needed. The complex and pool were great and it’s a very peaceful part of the beach.

Not AT ALL what we expected

What the photos show and what the home actual is are two different things. Upon arrive the home didn't look clean. The rugs had dirt and leaves going down the steps, the sheets in the master room had hair hanging off the sides, the covers in all the rooms are old and raggedy.The paint is chipped all over the home. The baseboards are beat up. The drapes are extremely dirty, and some even had holes in them (ie: "girls" bedroom). The seat bathrooms are all chipped/cracked/stained. There a major plumbing issue in the master bath. When you turn on the water it seems like the entire wall is going to come down because of the noise and the shaking. In conclusion, to say we were underwhelmed is an understatement. This home hasn't received and "love" in a long time. It needs it desperately. Definitely not worth what we paid per night, which wasn't cheap. Never again!

Vacasa doesn't have a clue about customer service

After booking this condo, I reached our to Vacasa to verify that our family would be able to use ALL of the Omni resorts facilities. After a lengthy conversation, I was told that YES, we could use any facility on the resort. Our family chose this resort because of the tennis facilities and the large pool at the resort. After arriving, we were disappointed to find out we could not use the tennis courts or participate in drills we had based our whole trip around. We also were not allowed to use the resort pool or participate in the memorial day events at the pool. Our two veterans were terribly disappointed. The first two nights on the rock hard bed were terrible and the sink in the kitchen backed up. The dishwasher also had water standing in it. It was disgusting. I did finally reach management. Someone was sent to fix the sink and dishwasher. He was unable to fix it and told us he would return but didn't. I did manage to get someone to bring us a mattress topper. They left it in a big bag for us to put on the bed which didn't help our aching backs. I tried to speak with upper management but was told the GM was on vacation and she didn't need to be bothered "with our concerns." To vacasa we were just a number but this was the one week of the year our family had off work and had looked forward to all year. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I tried to give Vacasa the benefit of the doubt before posting this but never received a call from the GM. I will never use this company again and will make sure I tell all of my family and friends to avoid them as well. This is the first one star review I have ever left by the way!

Private parking space, location of condo, and Management Co. were pluses. Condo was much smaller than it looked in photos. Kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms are very tight. The AC unit for the bedrooms wasn’t working and it couldn’t be fixed. We were there for a week! I will say the Management Co. tried to remedy the situation and even gave us a large credit back.

Right location wrong place

We have stayed at Omni many times and are used to the location so that is a plus but this place underwhelmed us. Although property manager was very nice and responded to every request, the place needs updating. Fixtures loose, master bed sagging, old TV sets.

Easy in. Easy out. HVAC was broken, but response from property manager was good. Premises could use some updating. View and location were fantastic. Will do it again.
