This stunning single-story 3BR/3BA beachside home boasts supreme indoor/outdoor living with a spacious covered patio outfitted with al fresco dining, lounge furniture, and a private hot tub.

Enjoy a prime locale just 300 steps from the beach with attractions, restaurants, and pubs also within easy walking distance.

LIVING AREA

Unwind on the full-size sleeper sofa in the living room and watch shows on the 58” flat screen TV or play fun games on the Wii.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped kitchen is a showstopper with a stylish backsplash and full suite of upgraded stainless steel appliances. Take a seat at the five-person kitchen bar or gather for home-cooked meals at the eight-seat dining table.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This home sleeps up to eight guests between the three bedrooms and sleeper sofa. Three full bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries.

The master bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom features a queen bed and dresser. Freshen up in the second bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. Two twin beds are found in the third bedroom, as well as a dresser and flat screen TV. The third bathroom has a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA

Sliding glass doors in the dining room open to the covered patio, complete with a grill, six-seat dining table, and four lounge chairs. Luxuriate with a soak in the private hot tub.

EXTRA AMENITIES

Beach gear including chairs, toys, and an umbrella are available for guest use, as are a Pack ‘n Play and high chair.

This property is dog-friendly. Tandem parking is available for three vehicles in the driveway (or this space can accommodate a truck and boat trailer if needed). A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided.

LOCATION

Spend sun-soaked days on the beach located just a few blocks away; rent jet skis, surfboards, or paddle boards and explore the open waters.

Walk a half-mile to Indian Mound Park and learn about local history including the Tequesta Tribe.

Enjoy a bite to eat at Houston’s or The Foundry, followed by dessert at Razzleberry’s Ice Cream -- all are located approximately a half-mile away.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
