This 1500 sqft family and pet friendly property has 3 master suites (1 king and 2 x queen) each with an adjoining bathroom and is perfect for a weekend getaway, weekly or monthly stay where the peace and quiet of a private home directly on the waterfront is just what you are looking for. We enjoy the patronage of many repeated guests and their 5-star reviews speak for themselves!

Our home sits on 1 acre and features its own private beach and 250ft pier with fishing dock where many memories are waiting to be created with fishing, crabbing, kayaking, beach games, amazing sunrises and sunsets and campfires.

The property has beautiful modern furnishings and fixtures and is not cluttered! It contains 3 comfortable master suites with comfortable and high-end beds in each room. The kitchen is fully-equipped, and open to the dining and living area, for ample seating.

The rear deck is expansive with unobstructed views of the spectacular Mississippi Sound and right out the front, Horn Island. The deck has room to sit for that morning coffee and to lay out and catch some sun. You will see lots of birds (eagles, pelicans, cardinals, bluejays), many fish and dolphins passing by. The views are priceless and we know this will be one of your favorite places to be.

The property provides secure covered parking as well as other needed amenities such as Direct TV, WiFi internet and full washer/dryer. We’ve thought of most things you will need, so show up and relax. You can enjoy use of two kayaks, BBQ’s (one gas and one charcoal), many board games and puzzles, dart board, tree swings and hammock chair.

The property is 20 minutes from downtown Ocean Springs where you can enjoy many awesome options for dining, arts, boutiques, micro-breweries, and places to see. Biloxi is approximately 30 minutes drive and host many options for entertainment and dining, including famous casinos that will certainly hit the mark. This is a spectacular part of the gulf coast.

Gulf Coast Gem

Everything about our stay was fantastic. We live in Virginia and we wanted a special place to stay on our 20th wedding anniversary. We looked at many, many places and decided on the Pelican's Perch for our celebration. We are so happy we did! From the beautiful view of the gulf we had each morning with coffee, to the drum we had for dinner that we caught off the pier, it was perfect! Thank you Tim and Leanne for sharing your home with us!

Thanksgiving Gift

The property is lovely. All we needed and more in the B&B. Only comment is that the king bed is a huge challenge for those of 80. Being right on the ocean was our gift. Even though the temps in November are cool, just being by the water again was wonderful. The bonfire a special time. Loved all the thoughtful little extras.

Impromptu Gulf Vacation

Determined to get in an October vacation with only a few weeks to plan it, this house on the Gulf turned out to be perfect for us. It is in a great location with a breath-taking view of the water. The interior has been lovingly renovated and everything was comfortable. For the lucky person who sleeps on the left side of the bed in the Primary bedroom, you will be treated to beautiful sunrises lying in bed looking out the window. Pelican's Perch was perfectly pleasant.

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Hosts

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The owners were fantastic with communication - no middle person management company to deal with. They were aware that we were looking forward to a week of fishing and even went above and beyond by fixing the ramp after Francine so we could access the pier. The house had everything we needed for cooking, including grills and pots/pans. We had a wonderful time. While there were ice trays available (no automatic ice maker), we made a couple of trips to the local ice vending machine to fill our cooler. Thank you to Leanne and Tim for allowing us to stay at your property for the week!

One word: Heaven!!!!

My husband and I own a small tourist-run business on the Florida Emerald Coast. After a particularly busy and so hot and humid summer, we seriously needed to relax. I booked this rental for arrival on September 26. Unfortunately Hurricane Helene started causing our area concern a few days earlier. Tim was so flexible and understanding and allowed us to move our check-in date up a day so we could avoid any storm related traffic. He also gave us the option of keeping our check-out date or leaving a day earlier. To have someone so accommodating, removed much of the stress of trying to go on vacation while preparing for a hurricane hit. The house was everything we had hoped for - even better than the photos and description. It is on a quiet, tree-lined street with wooded lots either side. Sitting out on the back deck over-looking the Mississippi Sound watching Skimmers, Gulls, Great Egrets and Sandhill Cranes and flocks Pelicans was the perfect way to start each morning. We kayaked in the mornings, went downtown Ocean Springs for brunch, took short trips to Biloxi and spent afternoons in New Orleans. Perfect house, perfect location, amazing hosts. We are already planning our next stay!!!

Perfect vacation

This house is beautiful with everything you need. The six of us were very comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out. Our family enjoyed a relaxing vacation with a beautiful view and the soothing sound of the gulf. The pier is an extra perk, we used the supplied crab traps and caught some crabs, we even tried our luck with a cast net and caught lots of shrimp

Family weekend

We loved our trip! The house was beautiful and had everything you need. We loved the back deck and the kayaks. But our favorite part was the pier where everyone enjoyed fishing, crabbing and hanging out!

Really Nice

House was really nice. Enough room for a family to stay and be comfortable. The ability to use the boats was nice to try out. Pier was in good shape. Everything was in good order when we arrived. The Shed was a good place to eat. Ocean Springs was nice to walk through. Neighborhood was quite.

Quiet Yet Breathtaking

We had a wonderful time at the Pelican Perch. I kayaked with a dolphin and my children found treasures on the beach each evening. We enjoyed trips into town and fun family adventures like the shrimp boat tour.

Perfect weekend

This place is perfect. The house is amazing and has everything you can think of. The views of the sunrise and sunset are absolutely the best. We came for a quick fishing trip and Leeann was so helpful with all the information we needed to get our trip started. It was our first trip down but we will definitely be back.

Back for the third time!

This was our third year in a row staying at this property. The house is clean, comfortable, and well-furnished, and the quality of our stay has been consistent every year. The private beach is great! Be sure to bring water shoes, as there are some rocks, but overall it's a nice, sandy beach. The water is shallow out past the end of the dock and was great for our young kids. It's an easy drive into town for groceries and to enjoy what Ocean Springs has to offer. We definitely recommend this property!

The Perfect Beach Getaway

We LOVE this rental so much! It’s our second time here, and we hope to make it an annual or biannual family getaway. Everything was so clean. Even the deck was perfectly cleaned off, which is often neglected at other rentals we have stayed at. The bed was so comfortable, and we slept great! Just a few fyi’s: bring bottled water and ice since the fridge doesn’t have a dispenser. If you are a hand washer like me you may need to bring extra dish soap. We can’t recommend this home enough!

Even better the second time. The pier, kayaks and crab traps meant there was always something to do. Center of town is only a few minutes away if you need a break from the water.

Beautiful home and property

Perfect one floor layout with three master bedrooms! This home is well stocked with all the essentials and then some. Kayaks are there for the exercise minded, the TV is easy to use for those who are not so much. Spent several days fishing at the end of the dock - caught a blue crab with the owner's crab trap. We completed a 2000 piece puzzle in two days of peace and quiet. The home is very private, and immaculately clean.

Highly Recommend

Home is in great condition, well stocked, loved having a bathroom for each bedroom, use of kayaks, sun deck and a fishing pier! Located in quiet neighborhood. Hosts are great to work with and provided a detailed welcome package, appreciated their recommendations for the area.

Perfect little getaway!

What a gem! Property is just as advertised. We spent the whole weekend grilling, playing darts, and fishing! Caught too many to count. Even had enough success with the crabs off the dock to have a little boil! Great place for family and friends. We’ll be back!

Great Experience

I am 76 years old and have been renting all over the country for many many years. This property was by far the nicest and most well equipped that we have ever stayed. The check in was smooth and communication with the owners made it clear to me that their goal was to make use feel welcome in their beautiful home.

This is one of the best kept secrets of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Ocean Springs has a fun, vibrant arts scene and is only a 20 minute drive to the high end restaurants and casino's in Biloxi. We love how secluded it is - we can escape coming here but have the luxury of movies and other family activities close by.

This is truly a home away from home. Our home has everything we need to stay for weeks and months at a time. We love the unobstructed views, close proximity to the boat launch but mostly enjoying things with the kids that we did growing up - playing outside without worrying! Fishing, kayaking, having campfires, playing board games or darts and bocce. Memories are made here each time we come. We look forward to sharing this with you.
