Enjoy a luxurious stay for a fraction of the cost. Typical savings range from 30-70% when comparing our rates to direct resort bookings. All of our units are managed and maintained by the resort. Upon arrival, guests will check-in at the resort’s front desk using their resort confirmation # just as if they had booked directly through the resort. Full access to the resort’s services and amenities are included with every reservation. Situated on the brilliant beaches of Hilton Head Island is Marriott's Grande Ocean. Surrounded by unrivaled amenities, enjoy the comfort of our two-bedroom, two-bath Hilton Head villa with spacious master suites, separate living and dining area, and private balcony. Just steps from the beach, the vacation villa on Hilton Head Island provides the perfect starting point for a family vacation, golf getaway or weekend escape. Enjoy nearby activities such as horseback riding, jet skiing, championship golf courses, and more. The Grande Ocean villa comes equipped with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, deluxe oversized bathroom, TV with DVD player, wireless high-speed internet access, and a variety of other amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. This Hilton Head vacation villa resort also offers a fitness center, and a scenic pool overlooking the ocean. Explore a Marriott Grande Ocean villa and discover the unique beauty of South Carolina.

There is no cash available at this resort, and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.

** The resort is undergoing elevator enhancements that will occur from April 2024 to July 2026. Up to two elevators will be closed at a time during each building’s renovation. Please anticipate construction noise during this time.

** The North pool will be closed for refurbishment from Mar. 24, 2025 to Apr. 10, 2025. The North Kiddie pool, North spas, North fire pits and North restrooms will be closed from March 24, 2025, to Apr. 10, 2025, due the North pool project. All other resort pools and amenities are expected to remain open during this time.
The resort will be undergoing a renovation project from Sept. 2024 through Mar. 31, 2025. Please anticipate contractors and construction noise during your upcoming stay.

** From approximately Sept. 2025 to May 2026, the Town of Hilton Head Island will be completing a Beach Renourishment Project to restore erosion of several areas of the beaches. To better understand the areas and schedule for the upcoming year, please visit here: Beach Renourishment Program.

Wonderful Stay

Marriott's Grande Ocean was wonderful! They just re-did the dolphin pool which was a great area for our young kids. They had plenty of family fun activities at the resort and the walk to the beach was short.

Perfect home away from home!!!

The condo was better than the pictures showed. As soon as we walked in we were impressed. Every one on the resort was nice and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be going back to this condo and resort.

Beautiful Location

This is a beautiful place to stay if you can get in. We don't have a time share but we were able to get in with someone who does and who put it up on VRBO. Would love to get the place again when we go 2 years from now!! LOVE LOVE LOVE it! The biggest pool is heated as is the lazy river. The rooms are HUGE and clean and perfect for families. Having the ocean right outside our door was amazing and the staff are all so helpful. Highly Recommend!

Great Family Vacation Spot

Great location on Hilton Head Island, away for many of the crowds. The resort was beautiful and well maintained. The condo was spacious, clean and updated. The resort staff was wonderful and used daily texts to inform guests of activity changes. The multiple BBQ grilling areas were s nice touch to have a meal option away from the crowded restaurants.

We loved the resort. They kept us up to date on activities and Elsa. The downside was that they only had one place to order food because they were renovating which they did not make clear on their web site. The condo was terrific. Very clean and big. You can rent bikes right there and walk into town.

Great resort and vacation

We really enjoyed our week at Marriott’s Grande Ocean. The resort is beautiful and right on the beach. There are several pools with different levels of activity to please everyone. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with supplies, cooking utensils, etc (as opposed to some of the beach houses we have rented, where cooking supplies can be hit or miss). They have fun activities for kids and adults, plenty of options for those who want to participate in the fitness classes, and they publish a calendar of activities a week at a time so you can plan accordingly. There is also a great pool bar/restaurant where we had drinks most days and a few dinners/lunches. All of the staff we interacted with was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Marriot's Grand Ocean Resort in Hilton Head

We vacationed there with our family. There were 5 of us including the 2 of us and our 3 children (one adult child and 2 teenagers). We had a wonderful experience. We love Hilton Head and the resort was wonderful. We were very comfortable in our 3 bedroom condo. The complex was exceptional. Plenty for everyone to do. Multiple pools and activities. I would highly recommend it.

Great family fun
