Prime Location! Located less than 0.5 miles from downtown Winston w/ easy access to the Benton Convention Center, Baptist Medical Center and the Bus Terminal! Enjoy walking the neighborhood known as Winston Salem’s Historic West End district. We are also a couple minutes’ drive from UNCSA, Wake Forest University, Salem College, and the art’s district of WS. In addition, WS offers an array of parks and greenways including a small dog park located right beside the apartment.
The home features 2 bedrooms 1 bath with both bedrooms offering Queen beds and their own Roku TVs. The living room boast a nice 70in TV where you could stream all your favorite channels and movies. It also has a sofa bed that fits two comfortably. Everything you might need to feel comfortable are at your disposal, including a fully stocked kitchen, fresh towels and sheets, cozy blankets, Alexa, Front loading washer/dryers, laundry detergent, and a coffee station. High speed WiFi is available as well.
