The rear garden area, hammock & gas outdoor grill is shared with the main house. The glass garage door can be fully opened to the outside sitting area. The garage door is see through glass and opens to the outside from the kitchen. There are blackout custom blinds in the bathroom and bedroom. We provide an optional screen you can put up in front of the glass garage door for additional almost full privacy.

Guests will be sent detailed check-in instructions prior arrival date. Access code will be provided for self-check-in.
The home in front of this home is also available on Airbnb and shares the garden, rear yard, driveway, hammock and grill.
Guests can park on the gravel driveway but not on the shared cement driveway.
Please message me from the Airbnb portal as needs may arise. We respond quickly and want you to have a 5 star stay.
Neighborhood is residential on nice size lots. Street the home is on is a small Street that ends at natural area.
There are spaces for 2 cars to park on the property on the gravel driveway or gravel to the right of the home. There are signs indicating where you can park. If you have more cars please park on the street and let the host know how many additional cars you have with your party. Do not park on the shared concrete driveway please.
Behind the home is a natural area with many trees so occasional spiders get in the home. We clean before you arrival but a little guy might find his way in after. We don’t spray or exterminate as we try to stay as natural as possible. There are mosquitoes. We recommend you use bug repellent before hanging outside.
No unregistered guests or visitors allowed

Make sure to turn off the lights when you leave the house. Close & lock the windows and lock the door (press the Yale logo on Keypad).
Remove items in refrigerator and take garbage to trash carts.
Run disposal with cold water to ensure no food is in the disposal.
Let us know if there is any damage or breakage as soon as possible but no later than checkout
Parking for 2 cars off street, additional cars must be approved prior to arrival
Additional cleaning (excessive mess) - $100.00 per hour
Any significant damage, including smoking in the house or on the property, will result in forfeit your entire reservation and cost to remediate.
No more than 4 registered guests or visitors on the property. Unregistered or unapproved (must be in writing) guests or visitors $150 per person per day and you may be required to immediately vacate.
Outdoor security cameras are installed on the main house facing the garden/driveway. Noise and Smoking monitor inside the home. No disabling or tampering with outdoor cameras or monitor, will result in forfeit your entire reservation and fees.

This is a residential property; it is vital that the space and all common areas are respected to the highest degree. Noise, unruly behavior, loud music, disrespectful or unlawful activity will warrant forfeit of your entire reservation and possible fees.
MAIL DELIVERY: Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the property. It's recommended to obtain a local PO Box if you need access to mail during your stay.
TIMELY CHECKOUTS: Unapproved Late checkouts will incur a fee of $100 per hour (or any part of an hour) over check out time. Our turnover team is on a pretty tight schedule, and unfortunately, we can’t accommodate checkouts past 10am.
SMOKING: Not allowed in or around property (this also includes hookah) Minimum $895 fee
TOWELS + LINENS: Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels (normal wear & tear is expected). Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels.

PETS: Pets are not allowed on property; $1,000 pet fee
LOCAL GUESTS: Please send inquiry before booking a reservation explaining the purpose of the visit
***VERY IMPORTANT: The plumbing is connected to a sewer pump and if you dispose of wipes (even flushable), menstrual products, Q-Tip's, cotton pads, other cotton products, condoms, diapers, dental floss, paper towels, tissues, cigarette butts down the toilet or disposal ( including grease or coffee grinds in disposal) or any drain will result in an incredibly loud and disturbing alarm to be triggered requiring a plumber to fix the damage and you will be responsible for the fees. (if the alarm goes off, the alarm can be temporarily turned to silent on the pad on the left exterior wall of the guest house--contact our maintenance hotline so we can dispatch plumber immediately)
Any violation of the house rules can lead to immediate removal of all guests without refund; you may also incur additional fees and forfeiture of your booking fees and security deposit.
If you want to book for longer than 29 days we require an approved rental application and lease agreement.
