Great way to experience Bridgeland!
We came for a house-hunting trip to the Cypress area and couldn't have found a better place to experience what living in the (fantastic) Bridgeland is like. The house itself is a typical, new 3-bed townhome with a double garage. The location is great, with minutes to the new 99-loop, a new HEB, and all the Bridgeland amenities one can access with the provided resident card. We had a little bit of a problem with ants, even in the upstairs bed and bathrooms, where we stored no food. Ant spray was provided, but with a toddler, we only used it around the patio door from the outside, which only partially helped. Besides that, we had a great time and would happily come back!

Pictures showed a clean home which we booked for our young family of 4 kids under the age of 6. Our youngest (crawler) almost ingested a prescribed anti depression pill found near the bathroom floor. We decided to clean it ourselves and realize the house had not been vacuumed in a while. We waited for a prompt response from VRBO or the property owners while we stayed hoping they would make it right somehow… Responsiveness from property has been painfully slow and carefree since they collected their fee. Just heard from them after 2 weeks! The best they can do was to return me a meaningless cleaning fee. I left two days earlier but my guess is they want to make sure they come on top making a profit. No sense of ownership.

Coveted Community Parks and Pools!!!
Absolutely need to stay here when we come back! Fantastic community with lots of fun parks and pool and great place for a family! We were clueless about Bridgeland and was just looking for a property close to our friend’s house but this turned out to be a great find!!! Host was fantastic and made everything very easy! House was beautiful and had plenty of space for our family of 5!

Perfect to host our friends from Arizona! Easy check-in, clear instructions, amazing layout. Only issue was the internet was out, but still giving 5 stars bc we didn't notify management company (good reason to unplug for a bit). Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Home away from home
Just as advertised in the listing, plenty of space and well maintained property. We enjoyed the amenities Bridgeland parks had to offer. Frederick was very helpful and responsive. Would stay again!

Graduation stay for grandparents
My parents and in-laws stayed here for my daughter’s high school graduation. The location and accommodations were great and I would recommend staying here. There was more than enough room for them and could have easily accommodated another couple.

Fabulous Little Gem
I cannot say enough about this awesome stay. Our family had to move out of our nearby home while our floors were being repaired and came across this perfect rental. The owner was amazing and this place is clean & basically brand new. It was also right next to our home, so our family’s routine was not interrupted…highly recommend!!!

BEAUTIFUL HOME
Very beautiful, clean home. A little short on towels, but everything else was comfortable, relaxing and peaceful, and the next door neighbors were kind. We would definitely love to stay here again!
