The apartment is located in a 2007 built in a spa style cottage in the center of the Baltic Sea resort Zinnowitz. Shopping, dining and cultural facilities can be found in the immediate vicinity. The beach is about 400 meters away. there are about 200 meters to the train station. The apartment has a floor space of 60 sqm and has a living room with open kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms and a large balcony. Storage room for bicycles available. Quiet location in a small side street.

The apartment with an area of 60 square meters has a living room with open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster etc. The two bedrooms (1x double bed and 1x 2 single beds) can accommodate 4 persons. The bathroom is equipped with shower / WC, cosmetic mirror and hair dryer. Radio with CD player. Cable TV and a DVD player are also at guests' disposal. The balcony is equipped with seating. A linen package (bed linen) for the price of 9.00 euros per person and towel package at the price of 6.00 euros per person (please specify when booking) can be booked and are to be paid upon arrival to the administrator. A travel cot and a high chair can be provided free of charge on request. (please specify when booking)
