Very clean and great communication. It was missing laundry detergent and did not see sugar for the coffee. We like the location but the air conditioning was not strong. The hot water was great in the showers. Beds were good as well. Netflix was not working and the living room chairs were not the best. Overall good experience. Thank you.
We had a wonderful girls weekend and Baylor orientation.
The rental was super clean and decorated with style
The beds and rooms were comfy and spacious
We will definitely be back.
Thank you for the hospitality
This was a quiet neighborhood with great location to everything we wanted to do!! The key sights were well worth the drive and the wait!! Great food choices!!
The house was very cute and location was really good for why we were there. Magnolia everything! Super close the big castle Fixer Upper just completed. Our only complaints were the very loud street noise. We didn't stay in the bigger bedroom because having an outside door accessible in the room was scary and it was right off the street. The house could use double pane windows. The only other thing was the couch was not comfortable to sit on for more than 20 minutes. The first thing we did when we arrived was get on out football gear and watch the game. It was not ideal but we were fine. Not a great couch for watching a movie either. The house was beautifully decorated and the beds were awesome!
We were in town visiting our son who attends Baylor and this house fit the bill. Very nice renovations including basically new bathrooms and kitchens, but still maintained the charm from the original house. Our hosts were very communicative and even left us some gold and green balloons and gummy bears to make us feel welcome in the Baylor crowd. We had an excellent time.
Lovely home. Really enjoyed our time. Has all amenities you need, very comfortable and nicely decorated. Comfortable beds and pillows. Close to town. I would recommend this rental
Austin Ave. is such a charming place to stay. Booking online you just never know what you are going to walk into. We were very impressed with the home. Checking in was easy. The weather was beautiful so we were able to take advantage of the back yard. Thanks for a great stay!
We loved every thing about this home! I’d love to return with my husband & others. What a wonderful stay we had while visiting Waco. Kelly & Rusty were kind & responsive. Thank you so much!
The minute you walk in, you feel like you are at Magnolia. The house is so cozy, decorated nicely & very clean. It was a great place to hang out for a few days. We had plenty of room for 2 couples & space for more. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items needed to cook. We could wash a little laundry as needed. We used the fireplace in the mornings. So cozy!!
Would be best to have a rental car or to use Uber to get around. The Silos & downtown are about 1 mile away.
The owners went above & beyond to make our stay wonderful.
Would stay at this property again!!
This house is adorable! Just the perfect combination of old and new. They had everything you could possibly need. Loved staying there. Will stay again when visiting Waco.
We loved this house! Beautiful, cool decor, great amenities, close to downtown and Baylor. And the beds were super comfy! It was a chilly weekend and we really enjoyed having the fireplace. Will definitely stay here again!
