2 bedroom , 2 bath unit in the middle of downtown Cedar Rapids close to bars, restaurants and nightlife. New carpeting and paint throughout. Spacious living room with smart TV and stocked kitchen with everything needed for basic cooking. Linens and free wifi included.

Shared coin laundry on each floor of building.

Metered parking at $0.90/hour 9 to 5 Monday thru Friday. Free for nights and weekends. Covered ramp parking via skywalk can be purchased for $50/month for longer stays.

30 day minimum booking required, inquire if shorter arrangements needed and I will check alternate options.

Great Communication!

When our original rental had some issues that couldn’t be resolved by the time of our visit, Mark reached out to offer the choice of two other larger properties for us. The one we chose ended up being perfect for our visit. We appreciated the direct communication along with helpful problem-solving and great follow up. Highly recommend renting with Mark!
