Cozy 2 story single family house on stilts, plenty of parking and room under the house for parking and outdoor living. Large open floor plan with lots of natural light uniting the kitchen dining area and living room, French doors opening out to large deck off the kitchen . There is breakfast counter with barstools, well equipped kitchen and washer and dryer on main floor. One Bedroom and full bathroom on the main floor and other 2 bedrooms and full baths upstairs . The living room has 2 pull out sofas, TV in all resting rooms so you can be entertained if you wish to be or sit back and enjoy the breeze of the ocean. Short walk to the beach, couple blocks from restaurants and many play-grounds. 10 minutes drive to Market Commons, Myrtle Beach, airport, golf courses, Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk and shopping.

Spring Break

MJ was great, answered all our questions before we booked our stay. The house is exactly as posted, great layout for our family and 2 dogs! Loved the neighborhood, great location to walk the dogs and be away from the main beach drag. Quick 1 block walk to the beach, less than a mile walk either direction to bars/restaurants. So nice to have simple necessities provided like Dove soap, Myers hand soaps, and clean sheets and towels! Thanks for a great stay!

It’s a wonderful life

We enjoyed our stay at It’s a Wonderful Life. The house is so cute and we loved the Christmas decorations! Great location and very nice area. Our fur babies loved it too! This was our first time at Surfside Beach and we will definitely be back!

A Wonderful Life

MJ (host) was excellent. She communicated with us throughout the process and made the experience very welcoming. The house was exactly as described- very clean, well furnished, and in a great location. The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly- lots of golf carts and dog walkers. Access to the beach was easy- maybe a 5 minute walk. Parking was also excellent- plenty of room for my large van and 20’ car trailer. Overall, I would highly recommend and most likely I will return next year.

Love it!

We come with our dogs and have family vacationing there too. This is a great spot, close to beach and restaurants! We love to take the dogs to the beach and then dinner at one of the restaurants.

Short Walk to Surfside Beach

This home is a short walk to the beach! It was perfect for our family, including our dog! The house was spacious, clean and was exactly as we expected from the pics and host communications. Our host was available before, during and after our stay and was kind and welcoming. We were caught in a week of bad weather from Debby and she eased our concerns. We would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend this home and this host in a heartbeat!

This property is in such a great location! Close enough to walk to the beach many times per day. The house is spacious and has everything you need. The deck is a great place to relax. The owner was very responsive. Will definitely book again!

Excellent Location!!

My family (including our son’s Golden Retriever and our French Bulldog) enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home located minutes from the beach. There is plenty of room for parking and a wonderful porch area off the living room! We rented a golf cart but we didn’t really need it due to the close proximity to the beach access. The kitchen is larger than pictured and accommodated us well! The walk down the street from the home was great for the dogs and allowed us to give them exercise w/o always going to the beach! The beds were great and slept well! Towels, linens, soap…. were provided as well. The owner responded promptly to any of our needs! It was a great week!!

House was as advertised. Comfortable. Wifi signal is a bit weak and the outside deck, stairs and furniture needed a good cleaning but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

We traveled to MB for my husband’s 50th birthday and had a wonderful time with our family! We had plenty of room for our kids and grandkids and easily accessed bars and restaurants in Surfside. I highly recommend!

Anniversary Weekend

I cannot say enough about this wonderful property. It is just as listed and the owner lets you know she’s available but she is not intrusive at all. We so enjoyed our time in her beautiful home. We have always stayed ocean front but loved the quietness of this home with only a few minutes walk to the ocean access path. Hope to visit again!

Christmas at the beach

Our family of 6 and 2 furbabies traveled to Surfside Beach for a week of relaxation. This was exactly what we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything that we could need (including a crockpot). We were a short two blocks to the beach which was perfect for daily walks. I don't think we could ask for a better host. MJ reached out immediately to help us with planning our visit and making suggestions for places to eat and things to do. Our first night we had a slight issue with connecting to the Internet and she did not hesitate to communicate with us and make sure we got everything that we needed.
