The property looked just like the pictures. Good area, wonderful view and the cabin was perfect for a family of 10! The owner was so kind and helpful. It was like the comforts of home! We will be coming back and using this property owner again.
We loved this home! We had plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen was fully equipped. We had a wonderful time! Truly a lovely home with a beautiful view, close to all the places we wanted to go!
Cozy and comfy! Close to the pool! Had an amazing time here! The owners were easy to get ahold of if any problem had been. Would highly recommend this cabin for sure!!! Thanks again!!!
We came to the mountains on the anniversary of a tragic life event for our family as a getaway from reality with friends and family! We had such a great time, plenty of room, and we loved the bbq grill and the hot tub. The property owner was very responsive when we reached out. Would def stay again.
This property was by far nothing short of AMAZING!! Everything was just as we desired it to be. Great communication with the owners. So readily available if needed. A perfect mountain experience.
Our family needed this secluded area. It was great to cut out the phones and just be a family. I'm so grateful to share this with them. Definitely a great place to stay.
Wonderful place to stay for an Easter Reunion with my brother’s family and our mom. It’s great that every bedroom has its own bathroom. The game room and hot tub were enjoyed very much.
We loved the cabin, the location, and how spacious it was. The only complaint any of us had was that all of the box springs were extremely noisy! The beds were comfortable, but every time you rolled over, they were loud. No other complaints at all!
The poperty was excellent for the the family. Had voume problems with tv in first bedroom on right from fireplace. We enjoyed all the offerings in the cabin.
This was a great property for our extended family vacation! The location was close enough to everything we wanted to do, but far enough away to have a view. The property manager was very helpful!
This cabin was perfect for our family vacation! It was close enough to all the attractions, but far enough to give you the remote mountain feel. We all loved waking up in the morning and sitting on back deck looking at mountains while we enjoyed our coffee. It was nice that each couple/person had their own room with their own bathrooms, also we could sit down around the dinner table to eat. Our kids enjoyed the bunk room and the playroom upstairs. Not going to lie the adults enjoyed the old school video games ourselves! Communication with Stephen was very good, he followed up with us many times to see how things were going and if we had any issues. One thing I would suggest is to drive down to the pool instead of walking. We walked first day and it was little bit of a hike for the younger kids. Overall we absolutely loved our experience and would recommend this cabin to anyone that is looking for a place to stay.

Late check in
Great accommodations.
Couldn’t check in until 6 PM. Owner gave us 20 minutes notice that the cleaning crew was not finished. Took 2 more hours.
And in the end, the cleaning was definitely sub par. Swimwear and toiletries of previous guests , razors, hair accessories, bucket full of cigarette butts, etc left in cabin in showers, hot tub, bedrooms.

Disappointed
Property unfortunately was not well maintained. Beautiful cabin but attention to detail by cleaning staff woefully inadequate
The cabin was perfect for our stay. We had a large group of 12 ranging in ages from 3-53 and everyone was able to find something fun to do at the cabin. The host was great and responding to questions and ensuring we had a wonderful time. The rooms were large and the 5 bathrooms definitely helped make sure everyone was able to get ready efficiently in the mornings. I would definitely recommend this cabin to other families.
The Hallmark cabin was spectacular. The interior was clean and all appliances functioned properly. The view was amazing. The proximity to other activities in the area was great. My overall experience was exceptional.
We enjoyed our stay with family and friends. Spacious and clean. We can't wait to return.

About the host

I am a Nurse for about 25 years and was blessed to marry the greatest woman in the world. She's also a nurse and we have three beautiful children. My oldest is a police officer, my middle son is studying Nursing and my little boy Aiden is just the love of my life and my best friend. All of our time is spent either working or with each other. We visit the Smokies 2-3 times/year. Each time we update the property and find some new experiences so we can share with our treasured guests.
Why they chose this property
This cabin is a very special cabin not only because it is so large and spacious, but because you are 15-20 minutes away from most every awesome attraction the Smokies has to offer. You can spend your days in the cabin relaxing in your private bedroom, reading on the front deck or enjoying the views from the rear deck. You can BBQ on the rear deck while the family enjoys the spacious hot tub just feet away. Head up to the loft are where you can play pool, watch your favorite shows and sports, try your luck at the 2 log wrapped arcade games where you'll find all the bet games from the old days. Whether you head into town and enjoy the sites or choose to stay in the cabin, a wonderful time will be had by all
What makes this property unique
Bear Creek Crossing is a unique resort in that it offers not only a beautiful outdoor pool overlooking a gorgeous rock waterfall, but also an indoor pool open year round. The resort also offers a nine hole putting green area open year round. I keep clubs and golf balls in the cabin. Just please return them when your done so our next guest might enjoy the as well
