Welcome to Island Bliss, St George Island FL! Our first tier vacation home (across from the beach) is perfect for small families or two couples.
Island Bliss has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and a very short easy walk to the beach access (about 250 feet). After a fun day at the beach, retreat to your private fenced backyard complete with a charcoal grill, firepit, and hot tub. The backyard is perfect for family gatherings and cookout's.

Island Bliss is centrally located (in walking distance) to your favorite restaurants, donuts, ice cream, and shops. And, if you enjoy biking, the bike path is located right behind our house. We are also located in the SGI golf cart friendly area! You don’t have to get back in your car if you don’t want to!

The layout of our home consists both bedrooms downstairs as well as the washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a King bed with private balcony and an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has three beds; a double bed and a bunkbed (twin over double) with an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs you will find a spacious kitchen and bar seating for four, a half bathroom, a cozy living room with sleeper sofa, dining table to seat four, and a screened in porch to drink your morning coffee or favorite beverage with partial ocean views. The living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TVs.

Beach house vibe!

House is as described. Close to everything St. George Island has to offer, restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Enjoyed the hot tub on cool nights.

Island Retreat

Enjoyed our stay at Island Bliss. The home is clean, comfortable and in a great location. Morning coffee on the screened in porch is my favorite time of the day. The Owner made the entire stay seem effortless. See u next year.

Wonderful Vacation! Amazing hostess.

Our stay was absolutely amazing from the beautiful home to the wonderful beach. We had our wedding here on 11-12 and was greeted with so much kindness from everyone and especially the owner Ashley! She went above and beyond to welcome us with wine and even a wedding gift on the day of our wedding ! Thank you Ashley so much! We would definitely recommend staying here! Amazing!!

Island Bliss -

We have vacationed in St. George since 2001. This was probably our favorite place to stay. Island Bliss is absolutely perfect- comfortable, clean, convenient location to everything, steps to the beach and Ashley is a lovely host. We hope to return again!

Ideal beach stay

This property is lovely, and so close to the beach and restaurants! We liked the layout (bedrooms and bathrooms on the entry level, kitchen and living room upstairs) and the easy access to the backyard for our small dogs. The screened-in porch is a standout feature in this area. We hope to stay here again in the future!

My husband and I absolutely loved the house, we were very upset when we found out a hurricane was about to make landfall, cutting our trip short! Amazing house and location

Stayed for 5 nights and the property is exactly as described. Located across the street from the beach, walking distance to restaurants, lighthouse, etc. House is comfortable with everything you need. Host is very responsive for any needs.

Great Place!!!

My husband has been going to SGI for over 30 years, and I have been going to SGI for 14 years. We have stayed at several places, and we have to say the house is beautiful and very clean. The customer service was excellent! It is one the best places, Ashley was Great!!!

The Best Time

Our time at Island bliss was perfect. For a dog friendly spot it was so nice and clean. Perfect for my husband and I, our two little boys and our elderly miniature schnauzer. the home is well appointed with everything you could need. Including extra sheets and towels. We didn't cook much, but the kitchen had absolutely everything you might need to cook a meal there. The location is great, right near everything and the access to the public beach could not have been any closer. We loved our time there and can't wait for our next stay!

Exactly What I Needed!

My husband and I typically end up staying at properties that are way too big and "bougie" for us, just because we like to be close to the water and have either a hot tub or a pool. We always end up feeling ridiculous and spending way too much money. Enter Island Bliss to the rescue. It is literally steps from the beach, you have a partial ocean view, and the space is perfect for a couple or a small family. The property was clean and functional--there was a great sense of detail--plush blankets, an adorable back yard with a clean hot tub, and the property manager even left us a bottle of wine (much needed after a long drive into town). We were able to check in early without requesting it--the owner texted to let us know it was ready and to head over whenever it was convenient. Check-out procedures were reasonable and easy. The only thing I noticed that was off was that the ice maker wasn't working (easily remedied by buying a bag of ice at one of several vendors on the island) and the tub in the master didn't seem to hold water or have working jets (solution: soak in the hot tub instead). Neither one of those issues affected our stay, and we'll probably rent this place again if we come back to SGI!

Blissful Stay

Beautifully decorated house within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Their was a welcome package to greet us upon our arrival. The owner was in constant communication with us before our stay.

Perfect fall getaway

My family could not have asked for a better vacation! We have been to St. George Island 4 years in a row and we have stayed at a different location each year. This was my favorite yet! Communication with property manager was easy but we did not have a single issue to report! But it was nice knowing they were so easy to reach if we did. It was a short walk to the beach from the house each day, and the house was very clean. The house had everything you could think of, including a pack and play/travel crib that was very convenient for our 4 month old. The king size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable also, which is not common for us in rental property’s from previous experiences. The house is close to multiple restaurants that we love (Blue Parrot, BJ’s, Webbers) which made walking to dinner fairly easy. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future! One thing to note, that has nothing to do with this property, is the beach spurs located on the nearby beach access. They were pretty awful so be aware when walking to the beach!

Everything was right where we needed it and the space was comfortable. Short walk to the beach. Fully stocked kitchen. Fantastic deck for sunrises and breakfasts.

Great place close to beach

We really enjoyed our stay here. The owner was very helpful/responsive with any questions we had and helped out right away. The walk to the beach is very short, and the beaches are not crowded at all. The hot tub in the backyard was a nice treat as well.
