Disliked: Location
Bring earplugs
If you like nightly gunshots going off a block away this place is for you. Broken washers and dryers, one remote for 2 TVs, and over flowing trash dumpster. The parking is great though.
This apartment was somewhat difficult to find at first. The buildings are set back from the street with plenty of parking in the front. It has a comfortable bed and is close to an excellent Mediterranean Restaurant 1 block away. The bathroom door sticks. There was only 1 TV remote even though there are 2 TVs. There are only 2 coffee mugs for a small 1 serve coffee maker & not enough coffee k-cups. Bring your own wine opener. Management responded promptly when outlets in the kitchen near the sink didn't work.

Extremely Disappointed
We checked into this "townhome" on February 21st about 11PM. It was nothing like the description. First of all, it is not a townhome. It is a cinder block apartment surrounded by two other cinder block apartments. It is freestanding and one story.
The carpet was stained. The shower curtain was disgusting. It had large yellow stains on it and splatters of brown. Since it brushes the toilet when you pull it across, I can only assume urine and poop stains. The plastic shower curtain was moldy and yucky. The bathroom ceiling had patches of mold or something. The tub had been used to clean paint brushes and pans. It was stained everywhere. The fan was broken. The cabinet door on the vanity was loose and would hang off balance after opening it. The towels were small and thin. The description said there would be shampoo, conditionaer, and body wash available. The unit that was meant to contain those items was empty.
There are two TVs in the place--one in the master bedroom and one in the living room with ONE remote.
In addition, the bed sheets were stained.
While the host was quick to respond when I would reach out, he refused to refund me for two nights and the cleaning deposit. He just wanted to send the cleaning crew over. You couldn't clean that tub and get rid of the carpet stains no matter how hard you tried. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
I am a former Tucsonian now living in WA State and I booked this house solely on pictures and location. My stay was for 2-weeks at this location. My unit was tucked away for privacy. There were a couple of days of fencing work that is now done and had to leave property for a couple of days due to noise & neighbors barking dog.
Other than that, the bed extremely comfortable and love the heating/cooling system.
My only suggestion for future travels is to bring your on coffee pot. There is a Keurig on site if you choose.
I would stay there in a heartbeat again!
Took us little bit to find it, but no problems after then. Unfortunately there during a cold spell and wished had another heater, which we know is not normal.
