Beautiful two bedroom two full bath oceanfront unit at the Coconut Palms Beach Resort II. [https://coconutpalmsbeachresort.com/] This amazing beachfront property is located on the white sandy beaches of New Smyrna Beach.

The unit accommodates up to six guests and has sliders off dining/living room that opens up to oceanfront private balcony. There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, if you feel like preparing a homestyle meal... or step out onto the property and grill at one of the BBQ grills.

Just steps away from the ocean or relax by one of the three pools on the property and order from the Tiki Bar. Coin Laundry and exercise room are on site at main resort building. (Note: Tiki Bar and exercise room may have closures due to Covid 19 restrictions.)

You are a short walk to historic Flagler Avenue and Canal Street, which is known for great restaurants, bars, as well as a variety of unique shops and boutiques. New Smyrna Beach is a popular surfing hub and there are also family friendly entertainment venues within walking distance, as well as watersport rentals locations. You are just a short drive from Daytona, Cape Canaveral, and Orlando.

Beautiful view

Everything worked out great. Right on the beach. Only thing was they were painting the outside. So you had to watch what u touched. Great location.
