Beautiful place, perfect location

Finding a parking spot was a bit challenging at times, but knowing the area, that's not a surprise. Martina is the best host you can imagine, extremely responsive and always there to help.

Wonderful stay

Martina trumped our expectations . What a great host. We loved the apartment and the village. It is in walking distance of a great bakery. The street was beautiful. I took a long walk early in the morning. It was such a lovely setting.

Unkompliziert und nett

Unser Aufenthalt in Bodenheim war sehr schön. Die Stadt ist gut angebunden und hat einige Supermärkte. Die Wohnung ist zwar recht simpel eingerichtet, hat unseren Erwartungen aber voll entsprochen. Frau Schütz war sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation hat gut funktioniert.

Dissappointed!

It was supposed to be a 2-bedroom apartment, but it was only a 1-bedroom with a day bed in a very small storage room. The main bedroom had a big window facing the neighbors' window directly across the street, but no curtains! The entrance to the building had a bad smell, and it was under construction. The floors in the apartment were all different levels with a 1-inch step up or step down from room to room, which caused us to trip. The bathroom had a small curtain that did not entirely cover the window. The tv was in the kitchen. The furniture was old and cheap - the bottoms of the drawers in the chest of drawers in the bedroom were falling out. Basically the place was a "dump". I would never recommend it to anyone.

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Check-In und Check-Out waren sehr flexibel und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin problemlos. Bäcker, Metzger, Bahnhof und Weinberge sind fußläufig erreichbar, weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in etwas weiterer Entfernung auch.

Ganz okay

Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft ganz okay. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Die Wohnung wirkt behelfsmäßig renoviert. Ungünstig ist, dass die Tür vom Esszimmer zum Ein-Bett-Schlafzimmer nicht richtig abschließt, sodass sie ein Sichtschutz ist, aber kein Geräuschschutz. In den engen Straßen ist es schwierig, einen freien Parkplatz zu finden.

Gemütlich trifft es voll

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Fußläufig sind diverse Restaurants erreichbar und auch der Bahnhof ist locker zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war einfach und freundlich.

Trotz schriftlicher Nachfrage keine Kontaktmöglichkeiten mit der Vermieterin. Letztendlich standen wir vor verschlossener Haustür ohne Code für den Schlüsselsafe! Freundliche Nachbarn waren dann behilflich. Eine Ferienwohnung in einem Weingebiet ohne Weingläser ist natürlich schlechter Service.

Unterkunft während Turnier

Vermieter sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Für wenige Tage super Unterkunft. Schön eingerichtet und alles was man benötigt vorhanden. Das einzelne Bett in dem kleinen Zimmer macht leider deutliche Geräusche bei jeglicher Bewegung und auch sonst ist das Haus sehr hellhörig. Da Nachbarn abends laufend vor der Eingangstür geraucht und sich auch unterhalten haben, war es mit der Nachtruhe vor Mitternacht leider etwas schwer. Dazu können vermutlich die Vermieter nichts, demnach alles im allem eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung für einen Kurzaufenthalt.

Familienurlaub im ruhigen Bodenheim

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft wurde liebevoll eingerichtet und ist für Familien und mehreren Leuten flexibel nutzbar. Es gibt verschiedene Schlafmöglichkeiten und Kinder haben genug Platz. Es besteht sogar die Möglichkeit das bereitgestellte Spielzeug, das Kinderreisebett und den Hochstuhl zu nutzen. Für einen unkomplizierten Aufenthalt ist durch ein Geschirrspüler, eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner und vieles mehr gesorgt. Man sollte bei Anreise mit viel Gepäck lediglich bedenken, dass die Straße eine Einbahnstraße ist und bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr selten ein Parkplatz vor der Tür frei war. Wir mussten im Umkreis von 500m immer parken. Fußläufig ist ein leckerer Bäcker und ein Biergarten erreichbar, den wir genutzt haben. Bei unserem Aufenthalt haben wir auch Lieferando genutzt und hatten die Wahl von 24 Anbietern für eine Lieferung. Wir haben größtenteils Mainz besucht und waren schnell mit dem Auto dort. Ein Freund aus Mainz konnte uns problemlos mit der S-Bahn besuchen, die alle halbe Stunde fährt. Für uns war es ein idealer Rückzugsort fern von allem Trubel mit einem Kleinkind von 6 Monaten.

Kurzer Familienaufenthalt im schönen Bodenheim

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Ferienwohnung. Es war alles schön hergerichtet und vorbereitet. Die Kinder haben sich sehr über das Spielzeug und die Malsachen gefreut. Frau Schütz war eine sehr nette Vermieterin und Ansprechpartnerin für alle Fragen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Gemütliche Familienwohnung

Schöne hohe Decken tolle Ausstattung bezüglich Küchengeräte Besteck Teller etc alles da was man so braucht. Sehr sauber. Betten Decken etc. Super. Durch das zweite Zimmer Rückzugsort auch für Kinder und Ruhe für die Eltern möglich. Sehr nette, offene und hilfreiche Korrespondenz.

Guter Startplatz für Ausflüge

Ausgestattet mit allem Notwendigen. Geeignet für zwei Personen. Leider im zweiten Schlafkämmerchen, Küche und Bad keine direkte Frischluftzufuhr und wenig Tageslicht. Günstiger Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung von Mainz und Umgebung. In allen Räumen wunderschöne Bilder eines ortsansässigen Künstlers. Empfehlenswert St. Stefan mit Chagall Fenstern, Bingen, Kloster Eberbach und die schönen Weinberge fast vor der Tür.
