Questa unità ANGOLARE si trova al PRIMO PIANO SENZA VICINI e si trova in una strada tranquilla, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. L'unità è composta da due camere da letto, due bagni CHE SONO STATI COMPLETAMENTE RISTRUTTURATI nel 2016 TUTTO NUOVO. in rilassante motivo da spiaggia. L'appartamento ha anche un ampio soggiorno confortevole con TV a schermo piatto, DVD, 2 camere confortevoli, 2 bagni e una grande terrazza privata all'aperto dove è possibile, rilassarsi e godersi la pace e tranquillità. Il condominio ha appena subito un importante rinnovamento della piscina privata e delle aree comuni nel 2018/2019.

Molto vicino è la spiaggia, dove avrai la sabbia ai tuoi piedi e il suono morbido dell'oceano che ti aiuta a rilassarti. Il pranzo può essere gustato presso il vicino beach club, Ritz Carlton o nel villaggio presso il famoso Sir Pizza.

Key Biscayne ha così tanto da offrire a tutta la famiglia, incluso il golf al Links, uno dei migliori campi di Miami, il tennis al Crandon Park Tennis Center (dove si gioca il Sony Ericsson), il Miami Sea Aquarium, casa del killer whale, charter pesca in barca, wind surf, visita del sito, escursioni, noleggio biciclette e miglia di piste ciclabili per accompagnarti in tutta l'isola.

Alla fine dell'isola hai il bellissimo faro, che si affaccia sulla famosa spiaggia dove le tartarughe marine arrivano a riva per consegnare le loro uova. Sorprendente.

The best beach stay!

This place was clean, easy to find, and only 4 minutes walk from the beach! Such a beautiful and quiet area. We did travel into the city one night and as should be expected, traffic was really terrible, so not the easiest for accessing the things in the city but if you are looking for a spot with access to gorgeous beaches that is quiet and relaxing this is it!! Host was communicative and great to work with.

Restful and Relaxing

The property is furnished in fun beach decor and has a light and airy feel to it. It is a short walk to a very beautiful beach and many nice restaurants. Highly recommend it!

Perfect for families

We are a family of 5 with kids from 2-11. We had plenty of space and really liked the location. The beach is a block away which was fantastic. Close to great food, groceries, cvs. We loved the patio and the kids enjoyed the pool. Everything was great here.

Clean and Comfortable with short walk to best beach

Easy to find and access with direction from owner. Actual living area very nice. Kitchen had basics to fix easy breakfasts and restaurant leftovers. No view at all but amazing access to best beach around with friendly people all around. Family friendly area. Comfortable place to return to each evening.

KB March Break

We had a fantastic stay at this unit. It was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels and sheets. TV and WIFI access. Very easy access to the beach just a short walk away. Ground level unit with a parking spot just steps away. Pool was heated and great to use. We spent 7 nights here, with our 4 kids. Great neighborhood; quiet and safe. Definitely will repeat next year!

We absolutely loved our stay at Rick’s place. He was super easy to communicate with. The unit is gorgeous. We were there on Christmas Day, and the kitchen was a pleasure to use. Very nice high end appliances and everything you could possibly need. We love Key Biscayne and come once or twice a year. We will be back!

Sisters Getaway

It was a good stay for what we needed... three sisters ages 49-55... Great location and the beautiful private beach access was a highlight. We did have an issue with the top bunk not having a bunk board to support the mattress from the rails underneath, but fortunately the sofa was a pullout that my sister used instead so it worked out. The owner was responsive to our questions and provided good information. A good value.

Great spot!

Great location on Key Biscayne, super close to the beach! The apartment is set up to ensure a wonderful vacation (well-stocked kitchen, towels) with lots of thoughtful touches. We’ve stayed all over the Key and this is our favorite spot.

Perfect for what we needed

A few friends and I stayed here to attend a wedding at the ritz Carlton. The unit was located a short walk along the beach to the ritz Carlton so the location was perfect for us. Rick was very easy to get a hold of and answered last minute questions very quickly. His place had everything anyone could possibly need. It felt very much like a lived in and loved home. I would definitely recommend ricks place.

Great Stay, Great Location, Great Lodging

This unit was exactly what our family needed for our stay in Key Biscayne. We have a family of six...2 adults, 2 teens, and 2 younger kids. The 2 younger kids slept on the bottom bunk, 1 teen on the top bunk, and 1 teen on the fold out couch. My wife and I slept in the master bedroom. With 6 of us, it was close quarters, but that is what we wanted on our family trip. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed...washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms, towels, bedding, updated kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, etc. The unit is also a very short walk to the beach. If you are not in the mood for the beach, the building has a small pool, which we used and enjoyed. A Winn Dixie grocery store and other retail and restaurants are also a short walk or car ride away. Overall, we were very happy with our stay, would definitely book again, and recommend for anyone needing a place to stay in Key Biscayne.

Great Condo!

Excellent condo in a great location on Key Biscayne. Short 1 block walk to a great beach, easy walk to some restaurants & stores. Centrally located on Key Biscayne. The condo was very comfortable and well equipped. Highly recommend!

Outstanding!

Rick’s place is very clean, pleasant, quiet, and conveniently located in the middle of Key Biscayne. His kitchen had everything I needed for cooking and storing food, and all appliances are modern and working well. It was spacious of our family of 4. We’d love to stay at his place again when we visit Miami in the future.

Wonderful stay in lovely apartment

We had an wonderful week in this lovely and comfortable apartment. The hosts have thought of every small thing you might need, including having the kitchen stocked with all the dishes, pans and utensils to make real meals. We felt like we were visiting a friend’s home instead of a rental. We would definitely stay here again!

We are a married couple that were born and raised in Miami. We have been enjoying everything Key Biscayne has to offer since we were children with our families and friends. We love the opportunity we have to share this beautiful island with anyone who comes to Miami.

Owning a place in Key Biscayne has been a life long dream for us both, and now we enjoy the condo with our son and families. Living in Miami is fast paced, Key Biscayne is a secluded island we use to escape and relax. The key helps us getaway form the grind, without really going anywhere.

Key Biscayne is an amazing place. It has beautiful beaches, an amazing golf course, great fishing charters, great food, incredible tennis center (where the Sony Erickson is held). It is quite and relaxing with a lot of things to do for the whole family.
