Nestled in a tranquil coastal community in beautiful Holmes Beach, the aptly named Holmes Sweet Holmes is the ideal spot for your family's next escape to the shore. Featuring three blissful bedrooms and lots of communal living space, this picture-perfect home base allows everyone to have their own private time, while still keeping everyone close as well. Located near the beach and lots of local activities and featuring a large community swimming pool too, Holmes Sweet Holmes is simply the ideal family oasis.

The main level living space is airy and open, featuring a wall of glass doors that allow plenty of bright Florida sunshine inside. Luxurious leather sofas sit on bleached wood flooring and face the large HDTV, while lots of dramatic, coastal-inspired artwork adds an elegant style to the space. The glass door leads outside to a generous screened-in porch, where you'll want to sit while sipping your morning mug of coffee or frozen happy hour margarita and enjoying the sea breezes. A pass-through bar area with seating for four leads into the open kitchen— a chef-worthy space with bright white cabinetry and high-end, stainless steel appliances. Overhead, glass-front cabinets house sparkling glassware and dishware, while the gleaming quartz countertops provide plenty of workspace. The chef in your group will love the electric range, large refrigerator, overhead microwave, and efficient dishwasher. There's also a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig. Next to the kitchen is the formal dining area with an oval, glass-topped table that seats six. This main level also includes a convenient powder room and a laundry nook with a washer and dryer.

Each of the three bedrooms is located on the top level. In the primary bedroom suite, a super-comfy king-size bed faces a mounted HDTV— perfect for watching movies in bed. The ensuite primary bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower with a bench and a marble-topped vanity sink. In the second bedroom, there's a queen-size bed, HDTV, and a large closet, while the third bedroom includes a fun twin-over-full-size bunk bed and an HDTV. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is easily accessible from the hallway.

Although the interior of Holmes Sweet Holmes is gorgeous and relaxing, chances are you'll spend most of your Holmes Beach vacation outside enjoying the surrounding natural beauty. The sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico are a short two-minute stroll away, and the sparkling-blue community swimming pool is right outside your back door. Holmes Beach also offers guests a wealth of outdoor extras— including tennis courts, basketball courts, a boat launch, and a kid's play area— that are all nearby. Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund.
