The core renovated apartment in 2017 on 120 sqm is located in the historic Ludwigstrasse, the most beautiful street in the distance. It offers you a unique view of the entire mountain world from the Karwendel Mountains and the Wetterstein Mountains with the Zugspitze and Alpspitze to the Kramer and Wank.
The decor is luxurious. Of particular note are the natural wood floors (oak planks) and the modern bathrooms. The living area extends to about 70 square meters and combines living room with dining area and open high-gloss kitchen. There are also 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You can use a combination of washing machine and dryer and there is a Weber grill on the balcony.
You will find a wide range of shops nearby.
You will feel very comfortable!
Garmisch-Partenkirchen is located between Munich and Innsbruck. Excursions to the nearby royal castles and Tyrol are easy to do.

NYE suprise!

We stayed in this property just for 2 nights, but got amazingly lucky in that when midnight hit on NYE, we were treated to a birds eye view of what felt like everyone in Garmisch-Partenkirchen shooting up fireworks all around us. From the balcony we sat as a family and took it all in. What a fun surprise! The property is right on the historic walking and shopping street. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Everything was clean, modern but cozy, and comfortable.

More clarity is needed for arrival instructions.Pin no was received but access was not clear.I had already asked about parking so was aware that there was a nearby car park. Fantastic location,great apartment, limted use of balcony for 6 people. Unable to connect to WiFi or use the TV but not of major concern

Really Amazing place...

It was our first time back in Garmische for over 20 years and it was better than I ever imagined. The whole family had an absolutely great time - the area is amazing and the location of the apartment is absolutely perfect. Great views of the mountains in the mornings from the balcony and so central if you want to pop out to walk the streets in the evening. We had an BRILLIANT time here and I would 100% recommend it to anyone else considering the area.

Relaxing stay in GaPa

We came to Garmisch Partenkirchen enroute back to Scotland after a busy trip to Rome and Venice. We needed a place to chill and rest, and the apartment was perfect for that. Very central in the historic Ludwigstrasse so fabulous atmosphere. Also close (5 minute walk) to large food store and GaPa’s best ‘non-trad’ pub (The Irish Bar). Plenty to do - good walks, nice restaurants on the doorstep etc. Apartment is at the top of the building so nice and quiet. A great size - very spacious. Two toilets, two showers and a bath were great for a family of four.

Nice apartment, as advertised. Situated on the prettiest Street in Partenkirchen. Bakery on the doorstep. Parking space for renters use. Wonderful views from every window.

Superb high quality apartment, very stylish and comfortable

We are a family of two adults, two children who stayed here whilst skiing and really enjoyed it. The apartment is very tastefully refurbished, contemporary, and well-equipped. It is very spacious with open plan kitchen and living area, lots of light and gorgeous views from the balcony and other windows. The apartment was very clean and warm with two lovely bathrooms, and very comfortable beds and bedding. The living area is also very comfortable and TV has access to Netflix which the children appreciated whilst relaxing in the evening. The photos do reflect the property well but perhaps it is even nicer than this. The apartment is situated on a charming street, very quiet but with all amenities nearby. Ten minutes to the main gondola station with a private parking space outside, and a bus stops right outside the door too. Two very small changes would improve the property for us - access to bedside lights for reading in the bedrooms, and clear recycling instructions for those of us not familiar with how it works in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Otherwise we would recommend this very highly for anyone wanting to holiday in this area either winter or summer.

Beautiful apartment

Great apartment, v modern and clean, private parking space off the road, and bus stop just on the corner that takes you to within a ten minute walk of the main ski lift. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Short level walk from the Bahnhof then easy instructions for getting into the apartment. Third floor so good views from the balcony and all windows. Very spacious, well equipped kitchen, good bedding and towels. Great lighting! We were a party of four using three bedrooms- if there had been more couples the beds are arranged so the guest sleeping by the wall would have to climb over the outside sleeper to get out. Not a problem for us, but might be for the less agile! No bedside tables or bedside lights are possibly the German way of furnishing but means specs, phone, water etc are on the floor... Bathrooms are efficient with plentiful hot water. Casual seating was fine for four, but more would struggle. We had problems with the internet that were not resolved- not a huge problem for phones as we could use next door’s log in, but made the TV viewing useless as could only get German speaking terrestial tv, and not Netflix etc etc. Bit disappointed by this. I would recommend this apartment unreservedly for a group of four guests. Garmisch Partenkirchen is a delightful town, well situated for walking and local transport access. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful apartment.

Lovely apartment, amazing views, great stay!

Exactly like the pictures. Wonderful mountain views and a great area to visit with lots to do. Highlight of our trip was the cog wheel train to the Zugspitze but we were spoilt for choice of things to do for our week and will need to go back to complete our list. Very helpful host, modern apartment in a prime location. Altogether a fantastic week.

A sunny week in a real panoramic appartment in the historic Ludwigstrasse

We had a good stay in the roomy appartment on the 3rd floor. One car could be parked next to the location, one in an affordable parking garage located nearby. There were a lot of shops and restaurants in the beatiful street and a bakery and supermarket were close. The beds were ok, so was the kitchen and the utensils, plates and glasswork. A few minor things could be slightly better like the tile floor and chairs or places to leave clothes in the bedrooms . The panoramic view was really like advertised.

Tolle Lage

Wir wollten eine geräumige Wohnung mit zwei Bädern in zentraler Lage. Das haben wir gefunden. Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Sehr groß, modern und eine tolle Lage in Partenkirchen, direkt im Anschluss an die historische Ludwigstraße. Sehr zum Weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung mit Schönheitsfehlern

Die Wohnung ist hell und geräumig, mit toller Aussicht. Das Tageslichtbad ist groß und modern, leider war das zweite Bad nicht in Ordnung - Fliesen waren nicht verfugt und wackelten. Der Staubsauger war leider defekt.Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Auf der Lampe über dem Esstisch und den Deko-Weinflaschen war eine dicke Staubschicht, hier wurde schon lange nicht mehr Staub gewischt. In der Kaffeemaschine befand sich noch die Filtertüte vom Vormieter...Wir fanden es auch nicht angemessen, dass es bei so einer großen Wohnung (wir waren 2 Familien) nur einen Schlüssel gab.Leider gab es in den Schlafzimmern keine Nachttische und auch nur Deckenlampen. Dies hatten schon Mieter vor uns moniert, Abhilfe z.B. mit kleinen Tischchen o.ä. wurde aber leider bislang nicht geschaffen.Alles in allem würden wir - trotz der schönen Aussicht - die Wohnung nicht unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

Girls Bavarian Christmas Trip

The views and location of this apartment cannot be beat, and the included parking space was super convenient. We rented this apartment as part of our girls trip to visit Bavarian sites and Christmas markets. The apartment was a perfect fit for 3 adults and 2 children. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you could need. The location is perfect for exploring Garmisch-Partenkirchen, visiting zugspitze and a quick day trip to Neuschwanstein. We did encounter a couple of issues but property management was very responsive. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Charming place in the heart of Partenkirchen

Perfectly located, nicely appointed apartment located on Ludwigstrasse in Partenkirchen. Great views of the Zugspitze and the ski runs and ski jump and located near wonderful restaurants and bakery. And free parking for one car. It was perfect for us.

Amazing

Our group of three adults and three children had an amazing stay in the apartment! The location is great - close to everything and very pretty. The apartment is spacious, beautifully furnished and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is very nice and well equipped. The communication with the property owner was prompt and efficient. We made great memories and would go back in a heartbeat!

Tres bel appartement, fonctionnel et lumineux et proche de tout

L’appartement est grand, tres grand, lumineux et bien équipé, deux belles salles de bains, 3 grandes chambres etc…. Bref l’annonce est très fidèle à ce que vous louez et c’est tres appréciable. Le contact avec le gerant est aisé et la remise des clefs a ete simple et agréable. Le seul point négatif et qui n’est pas du fait de l’appartement sont les travaux dans la rue, qui nous a privé de sommeil (les ouvriers allemands commencent tres tot) et surtout d’une place de parking bien pratique, c’est franchement dommage et surtout nous n’avons pas été prevenu et aucun geste commercial n’a été fait. Alors oui, ça n’est pas du fait du propriétaire mais cela n’est pas non plus du fait du locataire. Pour le reste c’est un sans faute, nous sommes tres content du séjour ! A refaire (sans les travaux cette fois ! 😁)

Excellent location

Very nice apartment with stunning views in excellent location. By excellent location I mean - we did not use our car for entire stay in Garmish-Partenkirchen, everything was accessible by foot. Although apartment has some signs of worn out, it is still very nice and modern. Well equipped kitchen.

Familien Urlaub in Partenkirchen

Leider war der Aufenthalt nicht wie gewünscht. Die Wohnung hat nicht versprochen was erwartet wurde. Der Balkon war für sechs Personen viel zu klein, die Balkonmöbel waren ziemlich heruntergekommen. Bei einer Steckdose fehlte die Abdeckung - und wir waren mit einem zweijährigen Kind in der Wohnung. Außerdem würde uns die Wohnung mit Parkplatz angeboten , der Parkplatz war aber während des gesamten Aufenthalts aufgrund von Straßenbauarbeiten nicht nutzbar. Dies ist sicherlich nicht dem Vermieter anzulasten, wir mussten aber auf eigene Kosten einen Parkplatz im Parkhaus anmieten. Die Kosten hatten vom Vermieter übernommen werden müssen Wir waren sechs Erwachsene Personen, trotzdem würde uns nur ein Schlüssel für die Wohnung ausgehändigt, .. was eine ständige logistische Herausforderung warng
