Villa Bella Vista si trova di fronte all'oceano nella gated community di Martineau Beach Estates sulla costa nord dell'isola di Vieques. La casa è stata completamente rinnovata e ristrutturata ed è appena tornata sul mercato degli affitti a novembre 2019. La spaziosa villa dispone di cinque camere da letto, quattro bagni e nove posti letto comodamente. Ci sono posti a sedere all'aperto coperti, una grande piscina privata e viste sull'oceano assolutamente spettacolari e panoramiche. Una piccola spiaggia semi-privata è raggiungibile a piedi quattro porte giù per la collina. La casa si trova in una posizione ideale a cinque minuti dall'aeroporto di Vieques, a cinque minuti dal supermercato e dalla drogheria e dieci minuti dai ristoranti di Isabel II e Esperanza e dalla grande e bellissima spiaggia di Sun Bay. Il rifugio per pesci e animali selvatici si trova a circa 15 minuti in auto, nulla su Vieques è lontano!

Languid days, Caribbean views, close to everything

Our family and three family friends all stayed in this well laid out one level home overlooking the sea. Great layout, plenty of bathrooms. Terrific large kitchen and entertaining area inside and outdoors around the pool. Outdoor furniture great for star gazing at night.

Beautiful view

We enjoyed the horses, which were ever-present. We had a comfortable house including comfortable beds. The pool was perfect, but we spent most of our time on the wonderful beaches on this island.

Spectacular!

The house is awesome! Really beautiful and comfortable and amazing pool and views and location. The Host and House Manager were a pleasure to communicate with. The island is beautiful and genuine and so much fun. Do the Biobay Tour! We loved Sun Bay Beach and La Chiva. Restaurants were tremendous. Loved it!

Amazing House for Large groups

Perfect location, amazing views, plenty of room for 9+ people, Managment went above and beyond! Everything we needed was there, 2 coolers, washer pods, dryer sheets, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and all kitchen essentials! Everything worked like it should and

A gorgeous escape

This house is in an amazing location with outstanding views of the ocean. It is very well equipped and extremely comfortable. The house manager was very helpful and accommodating and provided great tips for what to do and where to go. Vieques is an unspoiled treasure. Beaches are pristine. It's unique in that it is very rustic and you can have wonderful adventures. The people on the island are so nice and helpful. Great escape for all.

60th Celebration

This trip was amazing! Hannah was so helpful and communicative from the moment we landed in San Juan. We had a few snafus which were out of her control and when we worked them out she went out of her way to lend us a car because we arrived late. This is a great house for family and bonding and just plain relaxing. We would love to go back! We fell in love with this island in 2015 when we got married and love it even more now. Thank you Julie and Hannah .

Beautiful island. Short walk to beach. Nice location! House had everything we needed, stores were close by. House manager came quickly if we needed anything. Great stay!

Amazing Stay

What an amazing Villa and views!! Beautiful outdoor space, very comfortable and relaxing. Once again, the property Manager, Hanna, was AWESOME!!! Always available and responsive. Fantastic place to host a large gathering of friends and family. Julie and Hanna are the BEST!

Perfect

The house and the location are perfect. We traveled as a group of 8…4 adults and 4 teenage boys. When we first booked, we were unsure how we would make the sleeping arrangements work, but once we arrived, we knew it would not be a problem. The layout of the house is fantastic. The common room had plenty of space for all 8 of us, and the bedrooms were plenty big for anyone that needed some privacy. The pool and pool house area was where I spent the most time…the ocean views are incredible. Being able to sip coffee in the morning overlooking the ocean was a wonderful way to start the day….and swimming under the stars at night was breathtaking. The house has everything you’d need…beach chairs, mini bar, blender, coffee maker, etc. it’s well appointed and arranged. Hannah, the property manager was AWESOME! I can’t stress this enough. She made everything easy for us. Her communication throughout was so helpful. Vieques is a cool little island and we’d definitely stay in this house again if we were to go back.

Absolutely PERFECT!

From the communication prior to our arrival with property manager Hannah, to the transportation to the property, to and from the grocery store / restaurants AND the impeccable property, our vacation was PERFECT! A slice of heaven. My group consisted of my mom, aunt and sisters. All women. We felt safe and pampered. There are plenty of bathrooms and the house is laid out in a way that gave each of us our own little personal "oasis" when needed and plenty of room to stretch out and bond when we were together. The house is equipped with so many thoughtful and useful touches, equipment and amenities. The make up face clothes placed in each bathroom were the softest face towels I've ever used in my life! I googled the brand to order some for all of us! Lol. The pool is beautiful, the grounds are beautiful. The house is very modern and solid. There's a bathroom for every bedroom. The sunsets and sunrises we saw from the pool area which DIRECTLY sits on the ocean are simply amazing. We are returning again with even more family members next time around. We've decided to make this our annual family vacation. Hannah the property manager is a living ANGEL! She made everything so easy for us. Her responsiveness, thoughtfulness, knowledge of the islands history , restaurants and grocery stores is second to none. Oh and the beds!!! Super comfortable!

Beautiful property with an amazing ocean view. Just perfect. The property manager Hanna is lovely and was very helpful and responsive during our stay. Awesome patio and pool space. Kitchen and living room space is epic. Perfect for a weekend getaway with family and friends.

The PERFECT Home in Vieques

I can’t recommend this home enough for anyone staying with a group of friends/family in Vieques. The views are stunning, the neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful, the backyard/pool is perfect for entertaining, and the house layout is perfect for multiple guests. Each basically has their own bathroom and privacy. Great for multiple couples! The house is fully stocked with beach chairs and the private beach is a 2 minute walk down the street. Communication with staff was great and they swiftly came to fix a broken pipe without any inconvenience on our end. Don’t hesitate to book this place! Sparkling clean and so stunning. Would stay here again!

Fantastic!

My group had a wonderful time at the property. Unbeatable, gorgeous views. The house is in a quiet, gated community with. ocean views galore. The pool is cool and inviting. The house itself is super clean, comfortable, stylish. Has every amenity needed and more. The layout of the house is perfect for both group gatherings and privacy. The kitchen and living areas are central and the bedrooms are separated into 2 separate wings on the opposite side of the house. The personnel of the house (manager, host, concierge) are the absolute best! Friendly, helpful, kind, fast, efficient, communicate clearly and quickly and helped us with every aspect of staying in the property. It was the best vacation experience. I 100% recommend!

Amazing stay at Bella Vista

Bella Vista was perfect for our Christmas/New Years getaway. We had 9 adults and all slept very comfortably in this home. The kitchen, pool, views were all perfect. We had the opportunity to be the first guests post Maria remodel and everything was perfect. Diane and Hannah were great and easy to reach. Check-in and out were a breeze and the gated community was a bonus. We can’t wait to return!

Wonderful stay for husband's 50th!

We have been to Vieques twice before but never rented a home. This time we had 12 people in our party (6 adults, 2 teens, 4 kids) to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday so a large house with a view is what we wanted. That's exactly what we got with this property! The location is fantastic... (A) on the W property so you feel safe and you can walk over to the resort for a drink or dinner. (B) Close to Isabel II and the airport. (C) Easy jeep rental from Island car rental on the W property (D) Karen was great to work with and returned our many email communications for questions and recommendations! (E) The layout of the house is great for spreading out and relaxing. The view is tremendous!!! The pool is clean and refreshing. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware and basic spices/oils. Beds were very comfortable. Great air conditioning. My only suggestion would be to plan ahead to have some beverages (for adults and kids;) at the house so when you arrive you don't have to immediately get to the stores. When you step onto the patio, you just want to get into your bathing suit, grab a cold medallia light and relax! Our entire party had a wonderful time exploring together and my husband's dream vacation came true!!
