Aquaholic is a gorgeous two story, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom beach house located in the Emerald Waters Village of Miramar Beach. With an abundance of natural and modern textures and themes, Aquaholic is as visually exciting as it is comfortable.

Inside of the home, you’ll find an expansive living space. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes stainless appliances, stone countertops, an apron sink, and an island, perfect for serving. There’s also a breakfast bar and dining table. The living room is decorated with a gorgeous gray floor while one of the walls is comprised entirely of white and grey exposed brick. Cush furnishings and lots of wooden and steel accents make for an intriguing panoply of materials.

The home’s first master suite is located on the first floor. It’s outfitted with a 55” TV, a king bed, and a spacious en suite bath with double vanity. The back porch and grilling area are accessible from the master and the living space.

On the second floor, you’ll find a bonus game room with a foosball table and 55” TV. There’s also covered porch access. The second master suite has a king bed, a 55” TV, and an en suite bath with a walk-in tiled shower. The first guest room has a king bed and 55” TV, while the second guest room as 2 twin beds, custom bunks, and a queen bed. It’s perfect for kids! The hall area has a second laundry room and a full bathroom.

Aquaholic’s outdoor area is just as exciting. There’s a front and back porch with a custom-built bench, love seat, dining, and gas grill that overlooks the lawn. This is truly an exquisite home. There’s so much to love. You have to see it to believe it, and when you do, you’ll be addicted, too.
