Este condominio frente a la playa del golfo se encuentra en el primer piso con vistas al Golfo y la piscina desde su unidad / balcón. Totalmente equipado. Estacionamiento ubicado en el nivel del suelo, por orden de llegada. NO hay estacionamiento público en las instalaciones.

Millas de arena blanca y fina le dan la bienvenida para caminar / correr en la playa. Tus vacaciones en Emerald Surf serán relajantes y recargables en la playa. Esta unidad de primer nivel 2BR / 2Bath con fabulosa vista del Golfo y la piscina está muy bien amueblada. Incluye un dormitorio principal con cama King que también tiene un balcón con brillantes vistas al Golfo / piscina. El dormitorio de la reina tiene vistas a la bahía. También encontrará el balcón de la sala de estar, el lugar perfecto para pasar mañanas y tardes tranquilas escuchando las olas mientras observa a los delfines y pelícanos. La cocina está totalmente equipada y abierta al salón / comedor. Recientemente se instaló una lavadora / secadora 'en la unidad' en 2018.

Very nice

Alicia was very good on communication and easy to deal with. Location is great you can rent chairs and umbrellas right on the beach and it’s close to the pier and bridge to get to the restaurants. Would stay again

We Didn't Want to Leave!

Trust me - you'll love this place!CLEAN! CLEAN! CLEAN!The kitchen is very well-appointed!The VIEW!!! You are just steps away from the beautiful white sand and gorgeous Gulf water.There is a little coffee kiosk right across the street, which is the perfect spot to grab a latte for your morning beach walk.Navarre is a sleepy town- very quiet, with no parties on the beach. It's perfect for a getaway without any plans. My husband and I loved every moment and are already making plans for our next visit. Communication with Alicia, the hostess, was easy and prompt.

Location, location, location

We truly enjoyed our stay at Alicia's place. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, the condo was spotless, and it was literally steps to the beach. The only thing I would note is that the listing shows towels are provided. This is correct, but there was only 5 bath towels and 5 washcloths. This meant I had to wash towels twice while we were there, and we actually bought cheap washcloths to keep from having to wash them every day. It isn't a big deal, just something to be aware of. Overall, we would certainly stay again. Alicia was extremely easy to work with, and she even was able to accommodate an early check-in for us.

Great location

The condo was beautifully decorated, fully stocked kitchen, super clean, and perfect location. We didn’t want for anything, except more time there! Will definitely be back. Alicia was prompt with communication. Since there were no issues, we didn’t need to communicate much.

Anniversary Trip!!!

My husband and I stayed here for our 20 year anniversary trip and we absolutely loved it!!! Talking to Mrs. Alicia was easy. The location of the condo was very nice. I am very glad I picked this condo over the others I had looked at.

Our new home

I simply can not say enough about what I am calling our new home. Even before we walked thru the door, the communication was top tier with Alica. I knew before we arrived that everything would be perfect. I had no fears and that was a first with staying somewhere new. Everything was so clean and stocked. We truly didn't want for anything. We only left a few times to get food for the times we didn't want to cook. Right on the beach, chairs provided, towels provided, laundry detergent provided, well stocked kitchen. We will be staying here our next visit for sure. Thank you Alicia for your kindness and attention to detail! We truly felt at home!!

Great place!

We loved our stay. It was on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. The property was quiet and well maintained. The unit was updated as pictured. The owner was responsive and very easy to work with. It was a perfect family vacation!

Lovely week

Overall, out stay was very good. The AC did not work but that seemed to be bad luck. Alicia was responsive to our questions. The beach and weather were beautiful, I am sorry I could not stay longer.

Overall, it was a great place to stay

We had to change our original dates to an earlier time and the host was quick to respond and approve that change. There was an issue with the plumbing while we were there and we were asked not to use water during the day for several days, it was a bit of an inconvenience but I believe it was unexpected, the host made it right with us later, and I think they may have replaced all water pipes so I doubt there will be issues for future renters. Overall, we were happy with the space, had a wonderful time, and the host was very gracious.

Mom/Daughter weekend

Perfect getaway! We had everything we needed. The location was exactly what we were looking for. Easy access to the beach and wonderful view of the Gulf. Can’t wait to return to this beautiful place!

My family and I just completed a vacation to Navarre this month (October 2012). My husband and I were celebrating our Anniversary and on our last night in Navarre, a lovely couple was married on the beach near this sandy heart (see above) at sunset. After their vows, they walked down the beach into the sunset. Of course, we asked their permission before our photo opportunity with their beautiful creation.

We have been vacationing in Florida for as long as I can remember. The drives down from Illinois with me and my sister in the back seat were likely quite trying on the patience of our parents, but they are some of the best memories of our regular treks to the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. While we have visited many other areas of Florida over the years, Navarre is by far our favorite. Its small town feel, quiet atmosphere and location to many area attractions makes it a perfect getaway choice for us.

We chose this property because we wanted a property where we would want to stay for our own vacations. Our location is a smaller building with less than 50 units which makes it a bit more quiet and less crowded much of the year. Why should you choose this property? ...because we will provide you with a personal connection from first contact. During your stay, we also have a very attentive crew based in Navarre who are quick to respond if there is an issue of any kind requiring their attention.
