Maak optimaal gebruik van het hele jaar door activiteiten aangeboden in Summit County door het verblijf in de vijvers in Blue River. Gelegen op twee mijl ten noorden van I-70 afslag 205 op de snelweg 9. Dit huis is een korte rit naar Keystone, Copper Mountain en Breckenridge. Voor de meer avontuurlijke, Vail is 35 mijl naar het westen op de I-70 en Steamboat Springs is 90 mijl naar het noorden op de snelweg 9.

Het herenhuis heeft twee slaapkamers met queen bedden en een derde slaapkamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden. Alle badkamers hebben een eigen prive-baden. Master Suite met queen size Tempurpedic matras set en granieten werkbladen in de master bad. In slaap vallen met de geluiden van de Blue River haasten verleden. Great stay!

We are a family of 5 and this house was perfect for us. Plenty of room for us to hang out for the week and I love that we could get to Breck, A-Basin, Keystone, copper mountain so easily. Really a very central location with quick access to groceries and restaurants. House was very clean and the kitchen well stocked with all the pots and pans and necessities for cooking. The view from the hot tub and patio was nice. Enjoyed our stay!

The only thing that bothered me was the furniture in the living room. We had 6 people stay, but we couldn’t all snuggle in that space and watch a movie together. A nice big sectional would've been perfect for that space.

Excellent accommodation!

The property is exactly as described. Very clean, comfortable beds, quiet location, well-stocked kitchen, wonderful hot tub, and great communication with the owner/manager. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Silverthorne.

Christmas in a winter wonderland

We loved our stay here! It was a great location - easy access to skiing, sledding, skating, and stores. The townhome was very clean and comfortable for our family of 5. It felt like home. We loved the hot tub! Highly recommend.

Ski vacation

Perfect for 5 adults. Comfortable beds, nice to have the full bathrooms in each room. Hot tub was perfect. Found everything we needed in the kitchen, nice that there were spices and oil for cooking. Very nice place. The moose came to visit on our last day!

Ski holiday

We all loved our ski condo, very clean, welcoming, well appointed and also loved the hot tub after a day of fun skiing at Keystone. We missed not having a shovel to clear off the deck area to get in the hot tub. Well stocked kitchen made cooking easy.

Great location, great condo! Everything we wanted

Our group of 4 adults + 1 baby loved our stay here. We were very comfortable, made great use of the kitchen, and loved soaking our sore legs in the tub after skiing. Great base for skiing Summit County (or Vail) and we liked being so close to the town centers of Silverthorne/Dillon but the condo feels away from the hustle and bustle. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Quiet neighborhood. The owners were easy to work with. Property was clean with all of the necessities to be there for a few days. Location was easy to get to, not up through winding mountains. We hope to stay again.

Everything we desired for our ski vacation. Very spacious for our family of four. We were able to visit multiple ski resorts (keystone, breck, vail, beaver creek), then return each evening and relax in hot tub. Confortable beds too! Perfect for us.

Christmas Stay

We had a great stay at this property for christmas! Close enough to the resorts to go skiing one day but close enough to restaurants/bars in town to not have to leave the area! House was very clean and we loved hanging out in the hot tub. The only thing I would suggest is putting the check-out instructions on the app as well as in the welcome guide. Thank you so much for such a great stay and we will definitely be back!

Birthday Trip!

There were four of us, and we couldn't of been happier with our stay! We had some troubles with the hot water but it ended up coming on that same night, and no problems from then on. The hot tub was great and the views were amazing! The beds were comfy and it was in a great location. 10/10

My wife and I decided to purchase in The Ponds at Blue River while we were on a skiing vacation back in 2003. The mountains, summer, fall, and winter outdoor activities, and what we think is a perfect central location, all contributed to a long term decision made easy. I hope you find the same qualities in our second home that is never used enough but can be shared with guests.

The Ponds at Blue River is very quiet during the week and our unit backs up to the Blue River and Williams Range to make for a great hot tub experience. The rec. path next to the river connects with the Summit County Trail Networks. The river can be heard with the master windows open. Great view of Buffalo Mountain and Gore range from the front patio and Williams range from the back patio.
