Det finns en sovloft med 2-enkelsängar eller lyxbäddsdrottning på begäran. Vår Beach Bunny Cottage är fullt möblerad, inklusive lyxiga sängkläder, handdukar, diskar, grytor och kokkärlredskap. Vi har badhanddukar, solstolar och parasoller. Trädgården och däck är helt inhägnad och har en grill.

Get-away for daughter’s birthday

My daughter wanted to spend her birthday in Santa Barbara. The upstairs loft in the cottage was perfect retreat for her and her sister, and made the weekend even more of an adventure! Bunny was thorough and responsive and takes pride in her property.

Beyond Fabulous Rental

Bunny's vacation cottage was so far beyond my expectations that I can't think of enough nice things to say about it. It was larger than I expected, beautifully furnished and appointed, super comfortable (the furniture, the beds, the pillows...even the bathtub), and immaculately clean. The heaters worked beautifully, there was a gas fireplace...it had everything. And its location just a couple of blocks from the harbor was perfect. (It's also close to a freeway entrance.) Bunny, who met us when we arrived, was incredibly gracious and welcoming. I have literally not even one tiny complaint about her wonderful home. It was all absolutely perfect from start to finish. Thank you, Bunny!!

Adorable cottage, perfect location

Beach Bunny Cottage is the most charming little vacation cottage ever! Bunny greeted us at the door for check-in and gave us a run down on the amenities. It was a chilly weekend so the fireplace and heaters were so appreciated. The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay - super comfy bed, lots of towels and crazy good water pressure in the shower. The location couldn’t be better. Just park the car and walk. We had such a great time we’re already talking about our next visit to Bunny’s

Perfect location!

We loved staying in Bunny’s cottage for 3 nights! We walked everywhere and came back each night to hang out in the living room after dinner. The TV worked great and there’s a lovely new gas fireplace that provided both extra heat and ambiance. Bed was super comfortable and there were lots of extra linens and supplies to make our stay just like home. Interactions with Bunny were a delight from beginning to end. Thanks, Bunny!

Comfy and spacious and great location

We really enjoyed staying here. The cottage is very comfortable with a nice patio in the back. The location is perfect to walk to the waterfront, the beach, Cabrillo Blvd and State St (location of all the restaurants) and easy access to Hwy 101 (north and south).

Family vacation at Bunny Cottage

Bunny was a terrific host. Cottage was spotless. Prime location near beaches, marina, pier, and downtown. Cottage was well equipped with everything we needed, including beach chairs, beach towels, and well stocked kitchen. We cooked several meals in. Huge master suite. Cute little loft area with two twin beds was perfect for two teens. We will be back!

Great location and comfortable home

Adorable beach cottage - great stay!

I loved that Bunny went out of her way to check-in with me prior to our stay and to make sure we were well aware of the upstairs loft and that it isn't super easy for just anyone to get upstairs. It is the perfect getaway for a visit and I didn't think the loft was hard to negotiate (I'm in my 50's), but I appreciate the heads up.

Charming cottage in a walkable location!

Property exactly as described, best for two adults in Master, upstairs has two bunks but low ceiling and small staircase. Location is incredible, two blocks to beach, 4 block to State street. Checkin and out was simple, owner was responsive to all communications and requests, will stay again with wife in near future

Great Place!

We had an amazing time at the Bunny Cottage in Santa Barbara. The property was exactly as described and even exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect for my spouse and I, and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. We loved the back patio which was spacious and had plenty of seating. The host, Bunny, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, and even gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The location was ideal, close to everything. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Santa Barbara. We look forward to returning soon!

We had a very short, 3 night stay which proved to be excellent. The cottage was clean well equipped and the location was brilliant. The hosts, Bunny and David were very friendly and accommodating allowing us to leave our luggage in the cottage as we were early for check in. Finally, we were driven to the railway station by the host.Really amazing

We purchased the 1928 Cottage in 2009 and renovated it into the cozy, comfortable and charming Cottage that our new guests love and repeat guests come back for year after year.
Bunny is a local Realtor and Top 1% at Berkshire Hathaway and also an interior designer. You may have watched Bunny on many HGTV or Discovery Channel decorating shows or her own show, "Your Home Studio" on TNN. Her husband, David, is a retired General Contractor, avid fisherman and restorer of a 1966 Austin Healey.
We welcome you all to come and enjoy, relax and experience Santa Barbara. We know you will love your experience and want to come back again!

Our Cottage style is so darn cute and the super location of just 2 blocks to the beach, Harbor and Breakwater. Our Cottage is a darling petite 1928 Craftsman Cottage and we just could not resist purchasing it, doing the renovation, decorating and turning it into a wonderful home-away-from-home for our guests.

What makes our property so unique, is exactly what our guests write about in their reviews! They love the location, walkability, only blocks to the beach, amenities, restaurants, and no need to rent a car. They love the floor plan of our Cottage with the bedroom at the back and french doors to the outdoor deck. They love the cleanliness "spotlessly clean", they write! They love the comfortable beds, crisp yet soft sheets, fresh smell, lots of fluffy towels, and beach towels. They love that the kitchen is well stocked with appliances, utensils, everything they need. Children love the loft! They love to play and sleep in their own space. Our guests love that our Cottage is a cozy comfortable "home" and feels much more relaxing than a hotel room.

What really makes our property unique, is our guests. From around the world they find our Cottage and enjoy their stay. Many come back year after year, which is truly our biggest compliment.
