We had a wonderful visit to alligator point. The house was beautiful. The views were spectacular. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a few nice kayaks and a great deal of rest.
Recently our group had the pleasure of staying at Nana's Nest. The owners Samantha and Will were most helpful and responsive. Our stay was interrupted by one night by Hurricane Debby. Even though they were out of the country, they arranged for friends to secure the house and they stayed in touch with us as we moved away for the night.
The home is lovely and well-equipped. They views - particularly the sunsets were awesome.
The house is a little quirky in the fact that the lower level guest room is not connected to the main living area. One has to go outside and take the stairs to get to the main living area. It's an excellent place for the young people to feel independent.
The house is perfect for the fishing fanatics in the group. One can fish right at the house, and there is a fish cleaning area on the lowest level.
The description reads that there is only one bathroom. However, there are three full baths and an outdoor shower. Perfect.
The beach is a short drive or walk, as the house is on the bayside.
Overall, It was a very clean,
beautiful and comfortable house. We would definitely stay there again if we go to the Alligator Point area.
Thank you Samantha and Will for a great place to unwind and relax.

This place is awesome ! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets! Dolphins everyday with your morning coffee on the upper deck! Couldn’t ask for a better place or better owners to deal with! Thanks for a great week and we’ll be coming back!
We enjoyed the place very much, clean, nicely laid out, very comfortable. And people should however be aware that there are many steps, the house is quite high up in the air. Great for the view, but might be hard for someone with limited mobility. My wife and I are 70 and we did fine. Highly recommend
We unfortunately travelled to Florida just before winter storm Enzo hit the panhandle. It certainly changed the dynamics of our travel plans but we made the most of it. Sam and Will were fantastic to deal with and made sure we were comfortable. We still enjoyed beautiful sunsets and even say dolphins on the gulf side. The house has everything you need and the area is so quiet. I would highly recommend it.
