12 Wilmington Avenue, Unit 6 - One of the best locations in Rehoboth Beach for anyone looking to spend their vacation as close to the beach as possible. Located behind the Green Man restaurant, it is just 1/2 block to the beach and the Boardwalk and one block from the numerous shops on Rehoboth Avenue. Renters can park their car in the private lot on arrival and let it sit there all week until they leave, as so much is within walking distance. The efficiency style apartment features one full bathroom, kitchenette, queen size Murphy bed, 1 Double Sleep sofa. Guests provide their own linens unless a linen package is purchased. Unit is cooled by one air conditioning unit.

This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not permitted.
No oversized vehicles permitted in the parking lot. The owner provides one on street parking permit for the City of Rehoboth.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $116.00.

2 Night Stays-

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

A fun trip to the beach

This was a good stay. Very close to the board walk and shopping. The room is very small. There is no stove or really anyway to cook anything. There is a microwave and coffee pot. The water pressure is TERRIBLE. Overall, considering the price it was a good stay.

Wonderful little place

The location was absolutely perfect. Between time to the beach and being in the center of everything, we couldn't have asked for a better place for our first time at Rehoboth. The place was clean and the perfect size for the 3 of us. I was pleasantly surprised that the place came with even more kitchen stuff than was listed. We loved it and would absolutely come back.

Great location

Conveniently close to the beach and shops and the boardwalk. There is also a bike shop on the same block. This is my second stay here. It was as great as the first!

Location, location, location

This property was perfect for the two of us. Close to everything! No need to use your vehicle after your arrival. Forgot to bring something to the beach? No problem with only a two minute walk. Easy Uber ride to Dewey! Nice size refrigerator but no stove. We chose to eat out for breakfast and dinner. Would recommend this property for two people, maybe 3 max. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Proximity to the Boardwalk and Beach was great. Parking was not ideal as spaces were very limited but we made it work. The apartment was small but clean which suited us as we spent most of our time at the beach.

Cute beach getaway

The unit was clean, comfortable, and really well located, just about a minute block from the beachfront and boardwalk. The customer service was fantadtic, and the property agent went above and beyond to check in on us often before our trip to make sure we had everything we needed. The only downside is that there was a TV but no cable, channels, or streaming services so the TV was more decorative. Overall, would come back for a future beach getaway!

Beach vacay

Property was clean and as advertised but with the fees that were added to the advertised price for a 3 day stay I feel it wasn’t worth it. Fees raised the price $100/night in the end bringing the price up to be the same as a Hotel stay that provides free breakfast and a pool.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location as far as going to beach and restaurants, but being in between two restaurants was very noisy, very early in the morning. Claims to sleep 4 people, but we could just fit two. Also, no closet or dresser to store clothes. If I was paying $100 per day, that's what I would expect, not $350 per day.

Lovely place to stay

Perfect Little Place

I cannot wait to stay at these properties again in the near future! It was the perfect distance to everything I needed or wanted to go! Not to mention everyone was super friendly and easygoing!

Words can’t express

We booked this listing from Friday to Sunday. When we arrived the place was not cleaned. There was food on the floor, dirty dishes, the toilet had hair all over it and there were clumps of hair in the shower. It looked like someone just shaved as there was hair all over the sink as well. We immediately called the company that handled the check in and was told the owner was the last one who stayed there and they did not schedule cleaning services. They said they would call us back and let us know if someone could get there to clean. In the meantime it was raining and we didn’t want to bring our things into a dirty place. We even looked at renting another place somewhere. I had to call back 2 times until someone told me they would send someone out to clean. We walked until we found a convenience store and bought some cleaning supplies in case no one showed up to clean. 3 hours after check in we finally could bring our things in. We were forced when we booked to pay a cleaning fee and I feel there needs to be some sort of resolution here. The description was accurate but the place was filthy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location only steps from the boardwalk & beach & restaurants. The unit is really small, comfortable for 2 people but no more. Parking is extremely tight in front of units and some days not available. Some of the furnishings and rugs could do with upgrades, and the dishes that were in the cupboard were not clean. There was also no basic items such as toilet paper or kitchen paper, soap etc upon arrival. So a few negatives that in my opinion are easy fixes and would make the place really great as the location and price were outstanding.

Five stars for unit, three stars for amenities

This was our first time in Rehoboth as we were passing through during an east coast road trip. This was a nice small efficiency unit in a prime location within a block of the boardwalk, beach and funland. The location is pretty busy so if you want quiet you might want to find something a few blocks away. For those who rent a lot of vacation rentals around the country you will need to adjust your expectations in terms of amenities. All of this is stated in the contract, but you should know personal items such as toilet paper, soap, paper towels, or garbage bags are not included and need to be purchased at a nearby convenience store. Linens are an add on item you need to specify in the contract. We were surprised to only get a pillow, flat sheet, fitted sheet, towels, and no quilt or blanket. The property manager gave us blankets upon request, although we found that unless you pump up the a/c the blanket is not really needed. I should also add the price was really competitive in peak season plus fees so we were overall satisfied with what we got for what we paid.

Will not be staying there again.

The property was not clean. Also, no paper products are provided. I had to buy toilet paper and paper towels for the kitchen as there was no kitchen towel. Soaps are also not provided. I would have appreciated more attention to detail from the cleaning crew. Physical keys have to be picked up at a property management office more than a mile away. The checkout procedure states that keys have to be back at that office by 10am, which means we had to be out of there by 9:30. Not a good setup. Maybe for one young person with a backpack this would be fine...

The parking was very difficult and does not fit 6 cars, even though there are 6 rooms. The property was not as clean as expected. The location is great. The size of the accommodation does not fit 4 adults comfortably. I recommend only 2 people stay at a time.

Costs doubled

The costs were listed per night. Actual costs ended up being 196% of listed costs due to required cleaning, insurance, linens. Great location. Parking was a nightmare.

Small but Convenient, Company owned not Privately Owned

This listing says it sleeps four but I wouldn't go over three. It is a queen murphy bed with a double sofa bed (it seemed more like a large single than a double). No stove, but that wasn't really a problem for us because of all of the restaurants. It is very close to the beach and all of the main attractions that Rehoboth has to offer so that was the main pull. The only thing that really bothered me was that this isn't a privately owned property, it is owned by a rental company. Which meant they didn't communicate through the VRBO website and I almost lost my reservation because their emails were going to junk. It would've been better if they either stuck to the website, or at least told me through the website that they were emailing me separately so I knew to look out for a message.

Great location

Great town, decent accommodations

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this is a great rental - clean, affordable, and you CAN’T beat the location. A stone’s throw from all the action (especially the beach) but also set back from the road. Other reviewers have mentioned the noise from nearby restaurants, like when one place dumps their bottles at ought, but this was such a minor issue as to be not worth mentioning. Having said that, be advised that there is not much included here. No blanket, no towels or bath mat - there weren’t even pillows. A coffee maker but no filters. We did call the rental agent, and after a few calls, they did show up with pillows. They do not get high marks! Eventually, though, things settled down and we had a great stay.

Great location

This quaint little unit was perfect for myself and my two boys in town for a baseball tournament just steps away from the boardwalk, the beach & any business we wanted to frequent. My only complaint was the Saturday 4 AM garbage truck arrival that took about a half hour to empty garbage from the restaurants and residences right outside the door. Other than that the location was amazing for this clean cozy unit.
