When you bring your family and friends to stay here you will be able to enjoy peace and quiet while being just minutes away from all of the fun. This home is conveniently located in the middle of downtown Wisconsin Dells just 1 block from all of the Downtown excitement. It is also just 1 block from JustAGame Fieldhouse and one of the local grocery stores. This still allows you to come back and relax, enjoying a movie with family and friends, or cook a nice dinner.

Family Trip

Our trip to Nashville was cancelled but we still wanted to enjoy a family weekend! We were able to book last minute and so very happy we did. The house was perfect for our family, the host was responsive and the location was perfect!

Oasis in the action

We spent a wonderful 3 days at the Washington House, just a couple of blocks from the bustle of Broadway street in the heart of downtown Wisconsin Dells. A simple looking home on a quiet residential street, but a perfect venue for our stay. Four spacious bedrooms, large kitchen with a separate eating area spacious enough for our 5 adults and 2 teenagers. The deck had a gas grill that we used for a wonderful steak dinner (there’s a well stocked grocery store within walking distance) and big enough or one hotly contested games of bags(equipment provided). Only a bath and a half, but it still worked out well. We used their two outside parking spots, and they had room for a couple of spots in the large garage. It’s an older property but very clean and well maintained. I would definitely return. The host was available and promptly responded to any questions we had.

Dells with family & furry friend!

Loved location, 4 bedrooms, 1 block from the:grocery,-park, library, main strip. Had everything we needed for a family and grandson. Plus was good for my dog! House has a nice layout to bond together but spread out too.

Lovely House/Great Location

This property was spacious and in very good condition. It is in a great location near shops, bars, and restaurants. Nicholas, the host, was proactive about communicating important information and super easy to work with. Highly recommend this property!

What a wonderful home

The house has a well equipped kitchen we loved how close it was to everything and walking distance to the main area . The check in was easy and the host was really easy to work with we will return.

Great "home base" for Dells and state parks

We found this house to be a great "home base" for day activities to the Dells and various state parks. Would have loved an additional shower but we made it work. It's an old home that's been updated. Not a 5-star but it had what we needed to make it an enjoyable stay.

Perfect Home for a Family Visit to the Dells

My husband and I hosted our son and 2 young grandsons from California for a 2 night stay. The house is well equipped, with elegant touches, and yet kid friendly (not a lot of breakables). It's on a quiet street, but 1 or 2 blocks away you're downtown, with all the Dells atmosphere you'd expect. There is cookware and plenty of dishes & cutlery, but if you want to make a major meal, bring all the ingredients you'll need or be prepared to shop at the small but well stocked market a block away. Our 6 year old grandson asked if we could stay forever.

Cozy home for the holidays

The home was nicely decorated for the Christmas season and had a nice welcoming feel. Location near downtown deals can't be beat. Overall, a great experience.

Great getaway

Beautiful property in a great location for walking around the downtown area. We really appreciated the garage spaces and the outdoor fire pit. Lots of space for a family to spread out. Since it’s pet friendly, we didn’t realize that my son’s cat allergies would be set off.

Family Stay

Wonderful home 2 blocks from downtown Wisconsin Dells area. Easily walk to everything in this part of town. Such an easier experience if you don't want to stay at one of the resorts. House was very spacious, clean, and plenty of parking. Nice backyard deck and fire pit for hanging outside in the summer. Highly recommend!

Sweetest Property in the Dells!

OhMyGosh, what a beautiful house - don't let the picture fool you, because it is HUGE! Vintage in so many places, but a fully updated kitchen and modern furnishings. Far enough from the action that you have peace and quiet, close enough to the action that you can walk and not have to pay for parking. Host offers a 2 car garage as well. We felt safe and secure here, and absolutely loved the house. The grocery store is less than a block, and with the perfect kitchen, we cooked all of our meals. Host has a firepit out back, along with a gas grill, so evenings are perfect. We struggled with entry to the property, but the host was immediate in his response and fixed it remotely. Definitely recommend this property whether its for a small family (there were five of us total) or a large family, because there's plenty of room to spread out and relax. Thank you, Nickolaus, for an outstanding experience.

Lovely house in a prime location, walking distance to everything in downtown Dells. The house is beautiful and well maintained, both inside and out (nice garden too, wonderful mix including native plants like milkweed). Clearly a lot of thought and care into everything, and host is very communicative and responsive. Overall great trip to the Dells!
