This gorgeous bright oceanfront 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom offers a full kitchen and dining area. This one bedroom sleeps 6, the bedroom has 2 queen bed. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo, toilet and vanity. The kitchen is fully equipped featuring a fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, oven and sink with granite countertops. The living room features a sleeper sofa for 2 extra guests and a flat screen TV. The balcony is located off the living room with a beautiful direct oceanfront view. The Bay Watch Resort offers an array of water amenities including 3 outdoor oceanfront pools, 2 indoor pools, lazy river, and kiddie pools. The on-site dining features breakfast buffets and evening dining at the oceanfront Bay Watch Café. Enjoy a cocktail at Sandtrap Sports Bar & Grill or a quick snack at Fishtails Beach Bar. Just a short drive to all the local attractions and dining. There is a free parking garage located next to the resort for all guests. The resort is located directly on the oceanfront and Just a short drive to all the local attractions, dining and shops. Uber, Lyft and local taxis are plentiful. The Coast public bus transport is available too. House Manual ACCOMMODATIONS: Both Queen beds will be freshly made and a total of 4 towel sets left on the beds. Sleeper sofa sheets must be requested in advance and will be left in the living room area. A kitchen towel, kitchen rag and bath mat will also be provided. Please do not remove linens from the unit, if linens are missing guests will be responsible. Toiletries, linens, towels, cleaning and paper supplies are stocked in the unit prior to your arrival. We can supply a GRACO pack n play with mattress plus sheets and a high chair, upon request. There will not be daily maid service during your stay. If you would like this service please reach out to host. AMENITIES: You can access all areas of the resort. We do not guarantee or refund due to amenities. The Water Amenities include an heated oceanfront pool, indoor pool, lazy river, hot tubs, kiddie pool. On-site Dining- breakfast buffets and evening dining at Indigo Coastal Kitchen located on the second floor of our resort. Stranded Jack’s Beached Bar is located outside by the main pool. Ground Floor Cafe is in the lobby area and serves Starbucks coffee, perfect for the morning! A fitness room, business center, convenience store & souvenir shop are also available on site. BALCONIES: Do not place towels or clothes on the banisters or balconies to dry. They will easily blow away. Be cautious of any trash as well and refrain from leaving anything there overnight. BEACH SUPPLIES: Chairs and umbrellas for use at the beach can be rented from the Lifeguards stationed along the beach. There is a fee for these rentals and it does vary by season. If your trip is for multiple days, it is often cheaper to purchase chairs and/or umbrellas at a local retailer than to rent them from the lifeguards. If you purchase these items and do not have room to take them back home, you are welcome to leave them on property for other guests to find and use. You are also welcome to use the supplies left in the closet by our previous guests. CABLE TV: is provided on all TVs, there is a HTC channel guide in the living room. CANCELLATIONS: Must be done prior to 5 days before arrival for a full refund minus the service charge. Any cancellations after that period will be flexible. CHECK IN: You can access the unit at any time for check in via our smart lock. A time sensitive code will be provided for you right before check in. Check in time is any time after 4pm. Check out time is 11am. Please be sure to lock the door every time you exit the property. CHECK OUT: Instructions are provided with check-in instructions and posted in the unit. DEPOSITS: In order to keep rental cost low we do not collect a deposit for your rental. However, if anything is damaged you will be billed, and any dispute will be handled through the company hosting the reservation. If anything is damaged during your stay, please contact the host immediately. The unit is inspected by the host prior to your arrival and professionally cleaned by a COVID-19 enhanced cleaning company. EVACUATIONS: If a mandatory evacuation is ordered, all reservations scheduled to arrive during the evacuation will be canceled and refunded in full. In-house guests will be refunded the unused portion of their stay at the time of evacuation order. LOCKED CLOSETS: Many homeowners have their personal property locked in a closet for their convenience. These areas are absolutely not included in this rental. MAINTENANCE: Personnel are permitted to enter premises during normal working hours (8:00am-6:00pm) for the purpose of conducting necessary repairs and/ or routine maintenance. OCCUPANCY: No more than 6 persons may occupy the rental without host approval. No house parties or loud noises. Must be 25 to rent the unit with a valid government identification. Violation of these rules will result in immediate eviction. PARKING: There is 1 parking pass for this condo. Free parking is provided to guests across the street from the resort. Parking passes are required and will be left on the kitchen counter. Large and oversized vehicles please contact the host for further instructions. PETS: This unit is NOT pet friendly. Violation of this policy will result in an eviction of stay and a $150.00 fine. REPAIRS: We cannot guarantee air conditioning or other appliances. There will be no refund upon their failure. We try to keep our condo in the best condition. Our best effort will be done to have any malfunction repaired as quickly as possible. SMOKING: The Bay Watch Resort is a smoke- free and tobacco- free resort experience. This includes all rooms, balconies, and common areas. The use of electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, and smokeless tobacco of any kind is prohibited. If there is evidence of smoking in your room and/ or balcony, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $150.00. Violation of this policy may also result in eviction of stay. SUBSTITUTION: In the event that an owner of a vacation rental unit elects to remove his/her property from our rental management responsibility, we will provide comparable accommodations or grant a full refund. We reserve the right to substitute suitable accommodations if circumstances require. UPON ARRIVAL: Immediately notify the Host of any missing or inoperative furnishings or equipment or any weak or unsafe conditions which may result in injury. Occupancy by you and/or your party shall be conclusive evidence that the unit is in satisfactory condition. During your stay, please promptly report any problems to us so that our maintenance department might attend to them efficiently for your safety and comfort, and for that of future guests. WASHER & DRYER: There is not one located in the condo, but several throughout the resort. WIFI: is free and provided by and throughout the resort. There is NO password. The agent, or the owner of the individual property rented, shall not be liable for any damages or injury to the tenant or to any other person, or damages to any property occurring on the premises or any part thereof, or in common areas thereof, and tenant agrees to hold the agent and owners harmless for any claims of damages, no matter how caused. The agent will not be held responsible for acts of theft, vandalism, or other damage to the guest's personal property or vehicle. By accepting this rental agreement as the guest, you agree to be responsible for any damage to the dwelling or grounds and to the furnishings which occur during your stay though act or negligence of you, your family, friends, or social guests, and adhere to all rules and regulations governing the property you occupy. You agree to surrender the property at the time and date specified in as good condition as it was at the beginning of your stay, except for reasonable wear and tear, act of God, and/or causes over which you have no control. If the condo is not left in satisfactory condition, you will be charged for repair and restoration to satisfactory condition, plus lost rents. The guest certifies that he/she is at least 25 years of age & has read carefully the limitations on this condo by the owner and the agent as set forth in this agreement, including limitations on the number of persons permitted to occupy this condo and fully agrees to abide by such limitations. *Guests are responsible for their actions and will be charged for any damages* Failure to comply with the instructions and house rules may / will result in fines and immediate eviction if necessary.
