Three stories , two master suites . First floor has own living room, three bedroom with two full baths, large shaded deck. Second floor has great room, kitchen ,den with sleeper sofa, full bath , 2nd Master suite , two decks with ocean views. Third floor new Primary Master Suite with seating area and private deck . Ocean views.
House is currently being renovated for Summer 2022, all new appliances, new kitchen , new bathrooms, new furniture. Kitchen is a chef's dream with Ocean views as you prepare a family meal. ample seating for a large family. Outdoor dining area with ocean views on deck.
Beach block is quiet and serene, beach is steps away with lifeguarded beaches . The Beach, Playground, sports fields, restaurants and CVS are walkable, downtown district 1.5 miles away.! BRAND new rental. Picures are from before renovation, they are included so you can get a sense of the space- new pictures will be available in May. Completely updated and beautiful decor/furniture/bedding/amenities.
