This place is a scam

Rented this place in Feb for my son’s Cal Poly graduation in June. They were completely unresponsive. The day before check-in after finally getting in touch Jessica says she will send instructions and call me that night. Got nothing. The next day showed up and never received check-in info or any communication. Had to get rebooked at a hotel for 8 people through VRBO-huge mess. That took 2 hours to give us only 3 hotel rooms for 8 adults. Still have not received a refund. This was the worst property I have ever booked. I seriously think it’s a scam and should not be on this site at all. Z Village completely ruined our graduation experience. We brought all this food that we couldn’t use. Horrible!

Worst possible experience

We were a large group of 8 people who were stranded in Atascadero because the host refused to respond to us regarding the check-in process or provide us with access details despite several attempts. Apparently there was a “mix up” and we should not have been able to book the property as another group was already staying at the property but that was never communicated with me or the group. We were lucky enough to find another property (though over budget for us due to the last-minute nature of this booking) for a large group on the 4th of July weekend. Jessica or the team have also not responded after promising a 2-night free stay. Neither have they responded after I mentioned there was a problem with the processing of the refund. Goes without saying that we will NEVER stay here but very disappointed with Vrbo’s response as well (1 hour wait time to talk to representative and not as much help).

Beautiful home in a beautiful town

What a wonderful home, perfect for all different groups of people. The home was in perfect condition and walking distance to any type of restaurants you want as well as hiking trails. We came in from Idaho for a wedding in Paso, couldn’t have had a better experience, staying in this beautiful home in a beautiful town has definitely motivated us to return on a regular basis. Thank you for the amazing experience. Until next time, goodbye.
