Famous Park City is also just a short 25 minute drive and has some of the yummiest places to eat and ski at. If you are flying in from out of town you'll be happy to hear that this home is just 45 minutes away from Salt Lake City Airport. Come and enjoy your vacation getaway in cool and clean living.

Things to Note:

*The nightly price is good for up to 18 people. Any amount of people over that (for day or night use) is an additional $50 per person per day.

*The property accommodates up to 6 cars (All must fit in the garage and driveway. NO STREET PARKING)

*Quiet hours are between 10PM-8AM. The hot tub may NOT be used after 10PM and anyone that fails to adhere to this rule will be immediately terminated from stay.

*A rental contract is required to be read over and signed upon reservation.

*We do not provide propane for the BBQ, but sometimes there is some left behind by other guests. You are welcome to bring your own or fill up the tank we provide.

*We do not provide coffee or coffee filters. Often guests leave some of theirs behind

*Please let us know during your stay if anything is broken or damaged in anyway. We are only on the property to clean it and often don't use anything in the house so we need your voice to let us know if anything is wrong!
