The 3rd floor sitting area overlooks the second floor. Bedroom #5 has 1 queen bed, bath with stall shower, ceiling fan, slider to private deck. Master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, bath w/ large stall shower and slider to private deck. Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
