This uniquely exclusive 3-star apartment (46 sqm) with stucco, parquet floors and its own garden with terrace has a box spring double bed (180/200), divisible in 2x 90/200, a desk, mirror cabinet with safe, iron, ironing board , Clothes horse, a flat screen, a stereo and other furnishings.

The kitchen area is equipped with all necessary electrical appliances as well as a ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishes, glasses, tea, coffee and coffee cream, sugar and basic spices.

The dining area has comfortable seating for 2 people.
The shower bathroom with toilet is equipped with a rung heater, hairdryer, electric cosmetic mirror and a basic set of hygiene articles.

The central heating can be regulated on the heating thermostats.
The windows to the garden and terrace are equipped with roller blinds and external electrical blinds.

Couldn't be happier

We were incredibly pleased with our accommodation - it was absolutely perfect! Very quiet, very clean, comfy beds, had everything we needed. Nice to be able to eat breakfast in the garden too! Very easy to get into town (hop on the 123 bus to the Hauptbanhof). The only thing that could've been better was the shower (the shower head forces the water out with too much force and the water was either too hold or too cold), but that wasn't a major issue considering how much we loved everything else. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment was very well presented, lovely studio. Defiantly revomend it. However the bed is 2 seperate beds put to one as double, so if you like to cuddle and be code to each other, this would be alittle annoying. Otherwise great experience.

Berlin is wonderful and this apartment was well appointed

This apartment is a 20 minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof, which in turn is on a direct line from Schoenfeld airport. It makes for a really easy, straight-forward travelling experience. The apartment feels safe, tucked as it is at the back of a much larger town house, with an entrance through a separate courtyard and several locked doors. This is great. There is a private courtyard garden, too, and we'll come on to that in a bit. In terms of facilities, most of what you need is here. The kitchen area makes self-catering a bit tricky, as it is really small, with no oven, but you can do some creative things with a couple of hobs, should you choose to do so. The bed is two singles that aren't attached, and they move apart by themselves. There are chairs, which are ok, the wifi is good, the shower is hot, so you have most of what you need. In terms of issues, the private courtyard is overlooked by around 20 other apartments. At night, and in hot weather, where you need to have the windows open, it gets really, really loud, to the point at which sleep is not an option. Further to that, there's a lady living in one of the apartments who listens to incredibly loud show tunes from 6am on weekend mornings. Oh, and I think there's some sort of problem with the boiler. I was unable to communicate this with anyone at the time, but it fires up every hour or so, ticks over, then makes some incredibly loud banging noises, day or night. During our stay, we did not see our host once. I rang, and received no answer over the phone on the number provided. At the door on arrival, we were met by a gent who I think was the office manager. My German is terrible, but we got by and settled in. I guess in summary, this apartment is well placed, a 20 minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof, you have most things you need, but there are some things you may want to consider first. Oh, and Berlin is wonderful, with so much to do. We filled our 11 day stay and still missed things off the list. We would go back!

Excellent in all ways.

A very well appointed apartment with ‘all’ you would wish for away from home. Delightful hosts. Dishwasher, Washing machine, spotless apartment, no fuss WiFi, thoughtful touches like coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, lovely bottle Pfalz region red wine, whole place very tastefully done. No noise from other apartments. The private garden is a real bonus. Free parking on the street. Bus and U bahn and trams excellent. Highly recommend but don’t book it when we want it !!!

Wonderful time in Berlin

This apartment is a gem. The courtyard garden is a real asset and the weather was kind enough for us to sit outside. It is well located, situated in a quiet, safe area just a short bus ride to the Hauptbahnhof and a 10 minute walk to the U-Bahn close to which is a large supermarket which can supply all your needs. Closer to the apartment are a bakery and several friendly bars and cafes and small convenience stores. The booking, check-in and check-out processes were flawless. We would have no hesitation in staying here when we visit Berlin again

fabulous apartment

We are just home after a 5 night stay at this apartment with private garden. Even nicer than the pictures suggest. 10 minute trip from central station on the bus. Bakery , pub, supermarket and cocktail bar within 150 metres. No noise at night and a very comfortable bed. Very well equipped for a holiday and a warm welcome from the hosts.

Excellent private place with great host

This is a small apartment that has it all and is close to train station and city centre. Public transport was great, except when there was a 48 hour busstrike and pre-election demonstrations. Had to walk a lot but otherwise no problem. Missing items at check in such as shower gel were immediately provided. Nice bottle of wine as welcome! Host very communicative.

Lovely all around

This was such a beautiful stay. The in-unit washer was a life saver. The building was very cool in the warm August weather and we always looked forward to getting back to this rental to recharge and rest. You have to check out Tiergarten and its gorgeous beer garden. Order the curry quest and rent a boat for a bit. Was hard saying goodbye to this cute spot and this wild city.

der Aufenthalt war wie zu Hause

Fabulous Stay

Such a lovely apartment that has been decorated in a very stylish and yet comfortable way. Lots of privacy, comfy and big bed, relaxing garden, washing machine with clothes rack, train station is walkable but a bit far and there is good variety of restaurants. Metro is close and the area is quiet, a reprieve from the tourist areas. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return one day. Thank you to our hosts. Marcia and Glenn

Wunderschönes Studio

Eifache und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Sehr sauberes Studio, alles was man braucht schon vorhanden. Wasser, Salz, Abwaschmittel etc. Bushaltestelle ca. 1 Gehminuten entfernt. Busse sind allerdings sehr unpünktlich, daher fast einfacher mit einem E-Scooter zum Bahnhof fahren (ca. 10min) Gerne wieder👍👍

Fahrradtouren rund um Berlin

Eine super schönes Studio, mit Terasse geschützt durch Mauerwerk.Das Studio ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Wasserkocher, Kaffeautomat , Toaster, Föhn usw . Nette Geste vom Vermieter ( eine Flasche Wasser und eine Flasche Wein) DANKE Das Studio liegt sehr zentral und ist trotzdem eine Oase der Ruhe. Fahrräder können im Innenhof abgestellt, das Studio 3 ist ebenerdig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Response time was good, communication during check-in was a little difficult, but we don't speak German, so that made it difficult for both parties. Parking seemed to be initially included, but then realized that in order to garner parking we could pay for the owners parking spot behind a locked gate, which was actually a good way to park the car ensuring we had a spot and it was protected. Owner quickly responded and came to ensure heating was fixed.

Wir hatten Probleme mit der Deutsche Bahn wegen einer Streik. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr gut geholfen und war sehr Flexibel! Das war sehr nett!
