This apartment is located on the first floor of the house and is completely new and of high quality. On 60 m2 it offers space for max. 3 people (sofa bed in the living room). The house is located in the middle of a large Mediterranean garden. The car can be parked on the property. Due to the favorable location of the house, everything is easily accessible on foot. The beach is about an 8-minute walk away.
