Great location- recently updated
Loved the location and unit. As described by the owner the complex is older and a little rough (work however is for sure being done) the interior unit is really nice. All redone and amenities. Close to everything and i never got in my car again after I arrived
I will be back

Comfortable, Inviting and Quiet
We came to Fort Collins to visit family and used this comfortable condo as the base for all our activities during our stay. So convenient to Safeway ( and Max's) for those shopping needs and easy to get to old town where we spent lots of our time. This quiet unit in the back of the building is an inviting surprise after climbing 3 flight of stairs. Everything was clean, spacious and cheery and we were very comfortable during our stay. We hope it will be available for our next visit!
Pros - great location to CSU and grocery and restaurants. Price was decent for what you get. Probably good for a weekend trip.
Cons - it’s very much like a college dorm. Third floor and no elevator, so if you can’t take stairs it’s not for you. Dated and needs updates.
Beds were ok comfortable, pillows not great. Warm in the bedrooms during summer. Towels were rough, some smelled rotten, and hand towel sized for body towels. Lighting very dim. Carpet needs to be replaced. Bathrooms small. Air vent super loud. Master shower wouldn’t maintain temperature - rotated from good to scalding to cold every 15 seconds. Lacked some necessities liked hand soap. Neighbor was rude.
Pricing was comparable to a hotel or better, but you’ll get more at a hotel. If you want to save money, it’s ok. Just don’t expect much. If you like a nice place to stay, it’s not your place. We stayed for a softball tournament with our family of 4. Location was great to Eaton, Loveland, Greeley. Not far from Denver or Cheyenne. We wanted more space than a hotel for our week long trip, which it provided.
Great place for a Fort Collins/CSU weekend! Clean, well-kept place within walking distance to the campus and Old Town. Pool and game room was a nice touch for the kids. Would stay here again!
Give your car a break. You can walk to a ton of restaurants and bars. Even a grocery store is only a few blocks away. Condo is as advertised. Nice 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Nicely updated. You are close to everything but neighborhood is very quiet. If I come back to Ft. Collins, this is where I'll stay.
We had to spend a month in Fort Collins and this condo was absolutely perfect. It was well stocked with kitchenware and spices. Communication with the owner was quick and on point. We were very close to Old Town with all its cool restaurants and minutes from Horsetooth Res. We would stay here again if our travels ever bring us back to Fort Collins. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your condo Laura!

Jerel
The property was fine...we were rarely there. Upon arrival, the unit was quite warm, so we turned on the air conditioners. It was not until several hours had gone by we realized the back patio door was open, and had been that way on arrival. It took forever to cool down. The only other issue was the volume on the TV is very difficult to work/figure out. I was with my daughter and son in law, both 30 and all of us tried to make it work. The remotes are complicated, it had to be synched with Netflix and then manually moved on the sound bar. If a millennial can't figure it out, it's a problem! It would be nice to have a bedside table in the second bedroom. At age 65, I would have appreciated a place for my glasses and phone at night.
Very much liked the property. For being in a very populated part of the city it was very quiet.

A hidden little gem in a dated building.
Stayed here with a few friends. When we approached the building we were very nervous as the building was pretty dated. When we open the front door to the unit, we were pleasantly surprised to see a very tastefully remolded and decorated apartment. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.
Only giving 4 stars because the unit is on the 3rd floor. No elevator either. I had no idea it was on the third floor. It could have been mentioned in the overview and I just missed it. Needless to say, we got a workout that weekend.
Fantastic location!

Adequate unit in old building.
My husband and I and our 10 month old daughter stayed here while my husband was in town for work. The building as a whole is not just old but is not very well maintained. The indoor pool is something out of a horror movie. The hallways/stairwells do smell like marijuana but the unit itself did not. The assigned parking space is at the opposite end of the building which made loading/unloading our baby and gear exhausting. The window a/c units were not cooling until I cleaned the filters; however, the unit in the living room is still old and way too small for that space. The queen mattress is super squeaky and will wake up your partner anytime you move. The renovations that were done are nice...the kitchen and bathrooms are modern. If you are staying here with a baby, you are better off bringing your own gear or renting from somewhere. The pack-n-play is from 1995 and the wooden high chair is probably from the 1950s. My daughter was sliding out of it making it unsafe. We did find a small booster seat in the closet but I had to scrub it clean and it did not attach to the chairs very well. If you are not staying here with kids, this condo should be a fine place to stay as the proximity to restaurants and shops is good.

Perfectly comfortable!
My family of 4 had a very comfortable stay in this condo. Despite temperatures in the 90s, the 3 window units kept the condo quite cool. Great decor and very quiet. It had everything we needed. I would stay here again.

Clean place, attentive owner, funky property
The place was clean and as it looks in the photos. The owner was very responsive and check in/out instructions were clear.
The window AC units couldn’t keep up though and it was very hot. The water for showering is only hot in the morning so if you plan on taking a shower at night plan on a cool one. The building shut the water off for two hours while we were there as well. The entrance to the building smells like cat urine and the hallways smell VERY strongly of marijuana. The location was good.

Wonderful place to stay in Fort Collins
The apartment looked exactly like the photos. And everything you could think of was provided and/or available. Extremely clean! The sheets and towels smelled so fresh and were so soft - unlike you get in a hotel. Close to CSU and The Oval. Very quiet! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone going to Fort Collins, Colorado

Clean, basic and good location
The property was well advertised, though it was a bit difficult getting into the place at night.
Unfortunately, the downstairs neighbor had a loud argument on the first night we stayed.
The only weakness for my liking was that the bed was uncomfortable.
Bring soap.
It was really nice for Laura to offer the bikes. Nice feature.
Great town.

Quiet, clean and trendy!
This little oasis fit our needs perfectly! The kitchen was well appointed and so cool with the copper countertops. The owners check-in and check-out instructions were very clear.
We could not believe how peaceful it was at all times of the day and night!
I have fallen in love with Fort Collins and its progressiveness and the surrounding natural beauty. I didn't want to leave and can't wait to come back!

Why they chose this property
We love this area of Fort Collins and we wanted to be able to stay there sometimes as well. This is an older building that is being maintained and restored--built in 1967. The HOA is constantly working on updating the property but please note that this is not a brand new development. The common areas are adequate but not resort quality. This condo is on the third floor of a walk-up building. The stairs are inside of secured building so weather is not an issue when going up and down stairs. As with any building with shared units you can sometimes smell what people are cooking or smoking inside of their units in the hallways and stairwells.
What makes this property unique
Fantastic food within walking distance at many local restaurants. Great shopping on tree-lined streets. Many festivals, running races, and music oriented activities most of the year. Winter offers quaintly lit streets and horse drawn carriage rides. Easy access to great hiking and to the Poudre Canyon which offers rafting, hiking, x-country skiing, fishing, mountain biking and just about any other outdoor adventure you can dream up.
