There are two master suites with king beds and en suite baths. There is a third bedroom with two full beds and a hall bath. The family room seats up to seven with brand new comfortable furniture. There is a veranda with year round expansive views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Chatuge. Look out at iconic Bell Mtn and two states! The drive to the condo is easy peasy with no twisting, treacherous or gravel roads. Hike, boat, swim, golf, shop, eat and sleep. Enhanced guest video security at entry door. Easy fully paved access! And just recently available is a Topgolf Swing Suite located in the nearby very walkable Marina Station restaurant. This is fun for all ages and skill levels and simulates golf, football, baseball, soccer, hockey and more!
