Splash resort panama city beach offers fun for the whole family. With 5 distinct pool areas--a water park, including a kids’ pool park with water slides, interactive water toys & a lazy river ride. The kids will never want to go home. And there’s fun for the parents as well, including a state-of-the-art fitness room right on the gulf, two pools, a jacuzzi and, riptide, the poolside bar & grill.

Family fun

From the beginning of planning this trip to the last day every thing was wonderful. The host was very friendly and prompt to answer any questions I had. This was my first experience with Vrbo and I must say I will be back. The resort was wonderful and family oriented!!! The condo was just as described and pictured online.

Enjoyable winter getaway

Very enjoyable stay. This was our 3rd stay at Solash resort. Particularly liked the room location relative to the elevator. and 2nd floor room was great. Host was very agreeable.

Daughter and mom

Rented this very nice room for my daughter, granddaughter and myself. I came from Alabama they came from Illinois for a 7 day stay. Was wonderful. Very nice rental. Clean all you needed. We loved it . About 8 min. From Pier Park. We had a great and wonderful time. Would definitely recommend staying here. One of the best condos i have been in we travel to Florida about 4xs a year. Thank you for having us.

This condo was absolutely perfect for my family! The second floor unit was convenient and for us, high enough for a view with small kids. Right next to the elevator, which was a plus. Our boys loved everything about this resort. Even had a discussion about coming back before our trip was even over.

Nice, quiet condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The rooms were clean. The overall resort was family friendly and relatively quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean. We will be back! ☺️

Condo was nice and as listed. The towel animals were cute and a hit with the kiddos. Coffee pot was missing so I contacted the owner. A new one was in the room before we made it back from the pool! The sliding door was hard to close and got harder as the week went on. This is supposed to be addressed. Check in process was a breeze. Property was nice. Pools could have been cleaner. Over would stay here again. James the owner was a pleasure to work with.

Very Impressed!

We were incredibly pleased with our stay. Everything was cleaned and well prepared for us. We had two free chairs on the beach that we normally have to rent in addition to our condo. We flew so had to pack relatively light. We were surprised to see there were plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, dish pods and dish soap there so we did not need to purchase our own just to leave it behind! The second floor also made it convenient to get to the beach. If the elevator was running slowly, we could easily take the stairs even with three kiddos. The splash pad, pool, and short walk to the beach was a huge hit for our kiddos. Definitely recommend for families with young children.

Wonderful!!

Had a great time room was awesome. However we had no toilet paper at check in thankfully we packed some. Elevator messed up the last two days which is out of their control but surprised it wasn’t fixed quickly.

Everything was great BUT

Everything was great, the ONLY reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the Splash Condominium rules for the beach is a little crazy. Other than that this particular unit was great. Don’t plan to bring a tent for the beach unless you can see your children from BEHIND the beach chairs. Oh and you can forget getting a set of chairs reserved, they’re always “reserved” even if someone leaves the beach for the day it stays reserved to that person. We had to basically bake in the sun to see our children who were playing in the water/sand.

Perfect family vacation

We’ve stayed at Splash many times with our younger kids and loved this unit. The decor was nice and being on the second floor allowed us to skip the elevator lines. We’d love to come back some day!

Spring Break

Jason was quick to respond and help. Being on the 2nd level was convenient. We did not need the elevator, which saved us a lot of time waiting around. The view was spectacular.

Great for a Get Away

We had a wonderful 4 night stay in this condo at Splash Resort. The room itself was very clean and well stocked with paper and cleaning supplies which was greatly appreciated. The only thing we found ourselves needing was trash bags, as there was only the one in the can upon arrival. Overall it was a good size for our family, with a broom and vaccuum available to fight the sand. The resort itself is about what you would expect from a place that's over 15 years old and frequented by families. A bit run down in looks, but still functional. The second floor location was a big perk, a elevator wait times could get a bit outrageous, so having the option to take the stairs helped a lot. And the view from the balcony was just as lovely. There is a $30 resort fee you pay to Splash on arrival to be aware of, it gets your parking pass and wristbands that need to be worn in the pool areas. We loved the included chair rental and spent almost all our time on the beach.

We enjoyed our stay very much, our condo was perfect for us and very clean. We loved being on the 2nd floor, it was nice not riding elevators for 20 floors and yet a great view.

Great for our small kids!

Our family of 5 (kids: 5, 3 and 4 months) really enjoyed our stay at Splash! The entire hotel is kid friendly and we loved the water park!!! The room was clean and just enough space for all of us! My only complaint is the bed is pretty firm but honestly, it wasn’t terrible for our short stay! We’ll definitely stay again in the future!

Perfect vacation

Everything was just amazing. I have stayed thru vrbo multiple times but this was by far the best vacation, meaning that every detail was as described. Condo just as pictured, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, balcony view with the most beautiful beach. Yes, elevators are very slow and super crowded but we just walked the stairs and got our steps in each day. Check in and out were easy and the owner very responsive and carrying. We enjoyed our week at this condo and will definitely be back next summer. Thank you again for having us. Natasa.

Family Vacation

This is our third trip to splash and our first for this condo. We enjoyed our stay and it fit our needs wonderfully. My only suggestion would be to add some hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels and suits. The sliding door was extremely difficult to open and close, almost felt like we were going to break the handle off. The master bath tub didn’t drain well at all, but nothing that impacted the trip. It would be such a nice addition to the resort of Splash added a ramp instead of stairs. It’s a struggle to carry a wagon full of beach necessities up and down the steps. So many families, including ours seen struggling.
