Benvenuti nel nostro delizioso e spazioso condominio con tre camere da letto e tre bagni nella Torre Sud. Il nostro condominio si trova all'ottavo piano. Oltre al nostro balcone frontale, abbiamo una terrazza fuori dalla sala da pranzo che offre viste panoramiche sulla spiaggia e sulla proprietà circostante. La nostra cucina è completamente fornita di piatti e pentole. La cucina è stata aggiornata diversi anni fa con nuovi armadi e contatori. Abbiamo una nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice. Il nostro soggiorno in moquette ha una nuova TV LCD via cavo. Camera da letto matrimoniale con cabina armadio ha un letto king size e bagno ristrutturato e ha anche una nuova TV LCD via cavo. Le porte scorrevoli in vetro offrono accesso al balcone anteriore. La prima camera degli ospiti ha un letto king size con bagno privato adiacente e la seconda camera ha due gemelli con bagno privato adiacente. Nuova TV LCD in ogni camera con canali locali.

Wonderful place to stay. We had a great view from our balcony and an even greater view from the sundeck. The inside was freshly painted with some new furniture. The only problem was the hall shower which had no grab bars..All in all...agreat place to stay.

Perfect location for families

We stayed over the 4th of July and had an amazing time. Easy beach access and having access to the pool was a plus also. Across the street from barefoot landing. We were able to see fireworks from the sun deck from barefoot landing and broadway. The gated community with security was an added bonuses we didnt expect. Having 3 bathrooms made getting ready in the morning super easy. We spent about equal time between the two decks. The beds were very comfortable. It was about a 30 min drive to broadway at the beach but we were able to see what we wanted there in a day. There are also a few grocery stores near by to get the essentials. Plenty of room for 6 people

Rental disappointing for first time but beach time wonderful

Property said sleep 8 but wasn’t set up that way. Carpet living room was area rug. House needs overall cleaning, lots of dust. Floors turned feet black. Many light bulbs were burnt out. Outside table missing glass top. Beautiful spot for beach.

Our stay was excellent.

The property was perfect for our needs and Christy was great to work with. The condo was very spacious with 3 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. There were 2 patios both with ocean views. One patio was big enough to play lawn games on! This makes the unit very unique compared to all the others in tower. The resort is in a park like setting for morning and evening walks and there is a lot of room on the beach to stretch out with indoor/outdoor pools. We will definitely rent this unit again. The villas off the ocean are nice but if you want the whole experience this is the unit for you!

Beach stay

We absolutely loved the location. The extra sun deck was a huge bonus. The views were breathtaking. We had plenty of space and everything that we needed was there. We hope to return.

The location is perfect! It’s spacious, but it could use a little tlc and a new house keeper.

Booking and check in were great, and it is a very nice location, you fell safe due to the security. The condo is spacious and in a great location! A little tlc is needed and a new housekeeper. We had a very relaxing time and enjoyed the balcony and the beach.

Loved the condo

Christy was such a delight to work with and responded immediately to any questions. Loved the location and the view from the condo was super. My daughters really enjoyed their stay as well. We definitely will return.

Incredible Views!!

My family and I enjoyed NN-8 to the fullest. The views are spectacular from the sun deck and balcony. We had a few issues when we first arrived but Christy took care of everything right away so it never hindered our stay. Thank you again Christy.

Amazing Stay

The property was spacious and inviting. The beds were very comfortable and the view was awesome. One of the tv’s wouldn’t turn on, so I contacted the owner and a new tv was delivered within a few hours. The pool was great and the grounds were immaculate, not to mention the beach which was amazing! Location, location, location! Thanks Christy, we had a wonderful vacation.

Incredible Views

We thoroughly enjoyed watching the tides change, the amazing sunsets, and seeing dolphins cruising the shoreline!! Every communication with the property owner were efficient and informative. Thanks for opening your home to our family!

Delightful!

This property was not only the perfect size for us (17 and 18 year olds each got their own bathroom), but there was a deck AND a terrace! We had constant access to a view of the ocean, and an easy walk (elevator, out the pool area, over the boardwalk) to the beach. Additionally, the property is just across the street from Barefoot Landing, with cute shops, eateries, an arcade, and turtles! I can't remember another vacation with the kids when I literally loved every minute of it!
