The cottage is beyond cute and cozy! We had a Valentines Day stay and enjoyed playing cards at the kitchen table and watching it snow out the large windows facing the back yard. Everything is super charming - felt like staying in a Nancy Meyers movie set. Everything was functional and simple to use. Kerrie was delightful and had lots of great tips for the area, wuper responsive and had a very clean home. Loved the entire stay, relaxing and perfect!
This property was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was so comfortable. We loved that the property was private but still very close to so many fun things. We’d love to stay again!
This was our first time on the west side of the state. We live in SE Michigan. The location was perfect to go into town and other surrounding areas and the seclusion of the house was perfect for for relaxing Jacuzzi nights and fire at the pit. W will definitely recommend this place to friends and family
Nice location and comfy nicely furnished home. We felt completely comfortable just by walking in. Everything needed is supplied and we were close enough to town that it wasn't a hassle to get there but far enough away so we felt like we were able to "get away from it all.". We would not hesitate to stay here again. hesitate to stay
Charming and cozy cabin. Perfect little getaway from the city. Hot tub was excellent for relaxing. Only negative was the ticks, they were out in full force but thats just nature. We enjoyed our stay!
The house is in a beautiful setting, very cozy and well-equipped. Kerrie is great at communicating and has wonderful taste: all of us found the deco amazing.
We will most definitely come back, and we highly recommend this jewel of a house!!
My friends/partner and I were staying at this property for a wedding in Saugatuck. It was only about 15-20 min from the venue and gave us the privacy we were looking for surrounded by trees and nature! Everything was clean and we had all that we needed to make sure we all felt comfortable (great amenities and accommodations). We would all come back here for another getaway and recommend it for others looking for accommodations in the area!
Our family of four really enjoyed our stay here! The area is very peaceful and beautiful and not far from the activities we enjoyed--Tulip Fest in Holland, dinner in Douglas. The house has great decor, art, and furniture and everything we needed. We were surprised with how nice the outdoor space is and made use of the hot tub and fire pit. I'd love to stay here again sometime!
The house is very nice and comfortable; the location is convenient and quiet and beautiful. The only thing I would wish for is to have more pictures from inside. I did not realize that there are steps inside in the kitchen area and did not bring the device for my mom to help climb these stairs.
Definitely, would like to come back one day
Suggested Items for improvement: 1. hooks on bedroom and bathroom doors; 2. blinds or drapes in kitchen would make people feel safer.
Welcome basket of assorted jellies was a surprise and a great treat.
My family and I were very impressed. Such a charming, cozy house. Plenty of space. Private area. Every room was spotless. The decor just gave it a nice touch! Check in and out was easy. We had no concerns throughout our visit. Short drive to Saugatuck. Will definitely recommend.
The home was very comfortable and well equipped. Close to Saugatuck and there are some nice local restaurants and wineries. Kerrie was very responsive and helpful.
We had an amazing stay at this house! The location was perfect, tucked away in the woods but close enough to the neighboring towns that it was an easy commute. The home was fully stocked with the essentials and had everything one would need for a completely relaxed vacation. Our dog loved running around the ample grounds and we enjoyed the patio, fire pit and grills. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to our next stay.
My husband, two-year-old son, and I recently stayed here for a weekend trip to the Tulip Time festival in Holland. We had a wonderful visit. The home is cozy, comfortable, and quiet, and was well-equipped for our visit. It was easy to find the home and check in based on the host's directions, and it was well-located in between several of the local areas we were visiting on our trip. We'd definitely love to stay here again!
The cabin is on a quite road and we enjoyed every minute of the quite and calmness. It was a quick drive to the Tulip festival. There are a a lot of nice places to eat in the area, and close to the river. It slept all 5 of us nicely and our dogs loved it as well.
