Beautiful spacious house, adequately furnished but room to add a house full of furniture if needed in this very large house. 2 1/2 garages. Dishes, cookware, linens, are supplied. 50 inch TV. all appliances included. In gated upscale Quail Creek community that has everything a person could want. Age restriction of one person must be 40 or older. Pools, hot tub, tennis etc. Check out :Active Living at Quail Creek-Robson Resort Communities ,to see all that is offered in this beautiful community. 2 older sets of golf clubs and 2 bikes for your use.

Make my vacation homes up to standard that I want myself when traveling. Your vacation home should be as nice or nicer than your own home as much as possible. I have had renters who have told me they went home and bought a new bed for themselves after staying at my vacation rental as my beds were so much more comfortable than ones they slept on at home.
