Sliding glass door bring you to the private heated pool and screened, fully furnished Lanai.
Walk across the street to enjoy one of the Lely's community pools with hot tub. Enjoy the view with beautiful sun filled blue skies, sunrises and sunsets.
Master suite offers king size bed with bedroom sliders which also lead out to the lanai. Large walk in closet and spacious master bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower.
The other bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage; one has a queen-sized bed and the other has a daybed (convertible to single king sized bed) that can also be used as an office.
Two air mattresses (full and twin size) are available for additional sleeping space.
Large car and a half garage with all your beach needs.
All bedrooms and family room have flat screened smart TV’s with access to Xfinity stream. High speed internet is included in your stay.
House is professionally cleaned regularly!!
The house is walking distance to the Lely resort club house and golf club. Lely also offers two 18-hole public golf courses- Mustang and Flamingo.
Local beaches and walking trails are only a 10-minute drive. Looking for good food, visit 5th Avenue or drive 15 minutes to Marco Island.
