A freestanding cabin on the banks of Fall River, the Colorado Cottage rests in greater seclusion with its own gas grill, picnic table, and personal hot tub on the deck. Fish for rainbow and brook trout, dine in with a kitchenette amid mountain decor, and fall asleep in front of the gas fireplace on a queen-size bed. Amenities include a ¾ bath, cable TV, free DVD movie rentals, a heated pool in the summer, and complimentary snowshoe rentals during the winter. Free Wi-Fi. Located at our Fawn Valley Inn resort. Delightful Stay in Estes Park

We had a great time staying here! The cabin is secluded and a little ways out from the rest of the facility which felt more private. It snowed while we were there making it even more beautiful while staying cozy next to the fire. Highly recommend!

Cute stay near RMNP

Seriously the cutest little cabin on the river, not only is it a short drive to the park but also down into the cute little town of Estes! We stayed 6 nights and enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and watching the river roar, the sound alone was so peaceful. It’s definitely had an updated paint job and decorations different from the picture, so that was a pleasant surprise. Perfect for two, came with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, mini fridge, coffee pot, toaster, towels (the softest biggest towels) which I loved! We’ll definitely be back whenever we make it back out to Colorado!

Lovely location by stream. Kitchen items we needed that weren’t provided: scissors, ziplock bags, plastic wrap and foil. Bed should have two pillows per person. Overall good stay.

Hiking Vacation

Great cabin for our hiking vacation. The cabin was extremely clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. The hot tub was perfect for recovering from our long hikes. The river was beautiful and the location just outside the park was ideal.

Perfect homebase

We came to Estes Park for a quick hiking get away... this cabin was the perfect homebase! Perfect size for just the 2 of us... plenty of privacy and the kitchenette was well stocked to do breakfast and coffee. We listened to the river while we slept and even enjoyed watching it snow while relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of hiking!

Great stay!!

Came here for my anniversary and it was the perfect winter getaway!! So nice and warm and cozy the TV had many options for movies to watch in front of the fire and the hot tub was amazing and super close to town and the Stanley hotel!! We had dinner at the cascades restaurant 10/10 reccomend!! Would definitely come back in the summer I’m sure it would be just as fun

Cute cabin on the river

Seriously this cabin has it all! The fireplace and hot tub just add to the charm. The sounds of the running water in the Fall River makes it extremely relaxing. You wake up to deer drinking and birds chirping. The grill worked perfectly and you can’t ask for a better location. I will definitely be back.

This location was absolutely perfect. The cabin was fantastic from the fireplace to the hot tub and a comfortable bed. This location was perfect for my mountain getaway. I would recommend this location to anyone visiting the area.

Very cute and cozy little cabin in the perfect location! Out of downtown, but only a few minutes drive to town or the park! Beautiful view from cabin and could hear the elk constantly!
